Withdrawal from a contrant in business relations (consequences)
Vacek, Jan ; Čech, Petr (advisor) ; Horáček, Tomáš (referee)
Withdrawal from contract in business relations (consequences) Summary Withdrawal from a contract i the instute available to parties that find a contract to be unsound or damaging and that seek to be released from their contractual obligations. The conditions under which a party has the right to withdraw from a contract can be set out in the contract itself, but if the contract does not make specific provision for this then a right to withdrawal may be mandated by law. Following a party's withdrawal from a contract, both (or all) parties will find themselves in a new situation with new mutual rights and obligations. This paper focuses on the regulations governing the consequences of withdrawal from a contract as set out in the Czech Commercial Code. A major aspect of this is an analysis of the theoretical conception of withdrawal ex nunc (one of the most important legal concepts distinguishing current commercial regulations from the regulations set out in the General Civil Code). This paper examines the obligations that end with contract withdrawal, the obligations that survive and outlast the termination of a contract, and the new obligations that bind and affect the parties to the contract once the contract has been terminated by withdrawal. In these contexts, the fate of hedging instruments (such as...
Evaluation of patients, with lumbar vertebrogenic algic syndrome, using TETRAX
Škvorová, Kateřina ; Mende, Karel (advisor) ; Vacek, Jan (referee)
The topic of the thesis is evaluation of patients, with lumbar vertebrogenic algic syndrome, using TETRAX. The first part is theoretical. It summarizes anatomy and kinesiology of spine and describes verebrogenic algic syndrom focused on functional disorders. Finally, it includes description of basic principles of posturography and the device Tetrax, method of sensory-motor stimulation and using of 3D Spacecurl. In the practical part, I present the exercises that were tested on three probands on 3D Spacecurl and I examine their influence on movement changes of the probands.
Physiotherapy of patient with Morbus Scheuermann - casuistry
Muráňová, Jana ; Mende, Karel (advisor) ; Vacek, Jan (referee)
This thesis deals with the Scheuermann's disease, more precisely about passed Scheuermann's disease and its consequences. The theoretical part is focused on general information, such as etiopathogenesis, course of disease, diagnosis and treatment options, including surgery. There are two casuistries of two probands in a practical part, who after the clinical examination conducted mainly self-therapy. The practical part is focused on the influence of exercising on the overall health of the patient with diagnosis of Scheuermann's disease.
Physiotherapy for Scoliosis Depending on the Training on 3D Spacecurl Objectified by Tetrax
Vencelová, Štěpánka ; Mende, Karel (advisor) ; Vacek, Jan (referee)
The theme of this work is physiotherapy in scoliosis depending on the exercises of "3D Spacecurl" objectified by Tetrax device. The basic knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology of axillary system is summarized in the theoretical part. Further there are provided basic information on the scoliosis issue, the theoretical basis of sensory-motor stimulation methodology and three-dimensional exercise on Spacecurl device. The last chapter is devoted to the principal of posturography faction focusing on the device Tetrax. The practical part includes kinesiology analysis before and after exercise examination on the device Tetrax before and after exercise and description of the exercise unit Comparison of date and final results are discussed in the discussion of this work.
The age related changes in walk stereotype
Vojtová, Michaela ; Vacek, Jan (advisor) ; Babková, Lenka (referee)
1 Abstract: The aim of this study quantify and compare the differences in the dynamics of foot movement compared with static in adulthood and old age, focusing on the midstance phase. A secondary objective is to outline the relationship with the angular distribution of pressure on the sole. For measurements two measuring methods were used. The kinematic analysis named Qualysis was used as a main method and system of plantar pressure insoles Pedar X as a complementary method. The difference in measured distance of 1-MP calcaneus, 5MP - calcaneus and pronate angle of calcaneus was prooved using the statistical calculation, which confirmed the hypothesis of half clear a significant degree. Subsequently, the changes were further specified using the results of the distribution of maximum force and contact time of the soles.
