Image objects detection based on the feature points matching

This paper is concerned in branch of computer vision. Methods for extracting feature points are presented as tools for image comparison and finding objects in images. Four methods are metioned which are compared with respect to their effectiveness and utilization. Algorythms SIFT and SURF are described as a state-of-the-arts. This paper also mentions methods for describing feature points and their comparison. Testing images are inserted as a tool for first testing of implemented algorythm. Finally, the implemented method SURF is described and tested with respect to several most relevant parameters.

65 IX. RESUMÉ 9.1 Sales Agreement on the Enterprise This dissertation concerns the enterprise as the object of commercial law relationships. It is divided in five thematic parts /blocks (see Section 2-6). In the first part I am dealing with a legal definition of the enterprise pursuant to the Czech Commercial Code. The definition of enterprise included in the Commercial Code is construed quite broadly in order to cover all elements of the enterprise. The basis for the definition of the enterprise is a decision concerning application of Montan Union Treaty Manessman dated 13 July 1962. No obligations belong to the definition of the enterprise. Qualification of the enterprise as a collective thing causes some difficulties, because the conception of the enterprise as a collective thing is in the Czech system of law neither defined nor legally regulated. Finally, I mentioned shortly a conception of the enterprise in the European law. According to the current legal regulation, the enterprise is understood as an object of legal relationships. I consider for substantial classification of dispositions with the enterprise on contractual and noncontractual. Application of Lean Six Sigma Tools

This diploma thesis deals with problematic of enterprise process management. Several process management approaches are described in the first, theoretical part of the thesis, with focus on Lean Six Sigma concept as a main theory, which is used in analytical and suggestional part of this thesis. The analytical part consists of process mapping and analyzation with purpose of finding weak spots of this process. This part is followed by suggestional part, where are collected improvement suggestions. These suggestions are then evaluated and the best ones are analzyed to find potential ammount of savings.
