Verification Angles
Tesařová, Martina ; Marková, Petra (referee) ; Pernikář, Jiří (advisor)
The main effect of this graduation theses is detailed project for control process of exactness of angular measuring instruments. It is necessary to produce conponents with sufficient accuracy for correct function of machines. That is why there is very important thing to exactly measure proportions of these conponents during industrial process. Then the real parameters of finished products are confronted with measures stated in conponent plans. The final deviations have to fall into fixed limits. Measuring of angles is very important for replacing of machines´ conponents and for economy of producing too...
Hamlet on stage in České Budějovice
TESAŘOVÁ, Martina
In my thesis I will deal with productions of "Hamlet, Prince of Denmark", which was played on the stage of the theater in České Budějovice. I will focus on the different approaches to the game itself in terms of directors and actors, used translations, scenic site games and also for the audience response performance.
The role of a nurse in a diabetes clinic with the indication of the insulin therapy at a patient with a diagnosis of Diabetes Mellitus 2nd type.
TESAŘOVÁ, Martina
Basic theoretical part Theoretical part of this bachelor thesis points to concrete data about Type 2 Diabettes Mellitus diagnosis. It also includes the characteristic of an illness, it´s subsequent treatment either the medicine or physical activity and diet. Next part of the theory deals with special problems, complications and social aspects of patients. The last part of this theoretical unit is focused on patient´s education and the following educational process. Goals of the thesis The first goal of this bachelor thesis is to map the quality of education from a diabetics´ point of view. The second goal is focused on information and later complications related with Type 2 Diabettes Mellitus diagnosis. The third aim is information about diabetological tool prescription. The fourth aim is to announce to patiens about possibilities of using social services. Conclusion The aim of chosen topis of bachelor thesis is thinking about nursing care for patients with Type 2 Diabettes Mellitus diagnosis in all ages, which is supposed to be a daily routine for a nurse in a diabetic surgery. Bachelor thesic could be a manual for each nurse, which works in this field. Each nurse should be helpful for improoving the patients´ healthcare with this type of illness. There came up an educational material, in accordance withidentified shortcomings of current educational resources and from a conclusion of empirical part and from the needs of patients. This simple educational material should be helpful for easier insulin application. The whole application is explained to patiens on the base of clear and simple instructions step by step. According to the next respondent research from a diabetological surgery I suggest several improvements of diabetical aids like diabetic needles due to presbyopia and aviolationof fine motor skillsindiabeticpatients. It is also necessary to providea device forfacilitatingpatienturine collectionfor24 hours. I would like to achieve the result validity. Another bug problem came out of respondent research is waste disposal
Contemporary phenomenon of Fast Food Theatre and "Kašpárek v rohlíku"
TESAŘOVÁ, Martina
In my bachelor thesis I deal with modern theater performance Kasparek v rohliku and his bejbypank musical offshoots. Firstly I deal with the development of theater from the beginning using all kinds of literature. Then I will focus on the character of Kasparek and I will try to analyze how it was displayed before and nowadays, especially in the production mentioned above. Finally I interpret the basics Kasparek´s songs.
Ultrastructural changes in human neural cells after infection with tick-borne encephalitis
TESAŘOVÁ, Martina
Annotation: Human cells of neuronal origin represent an excellent tool for the investigation of neuropathogenesis of TBE. The maturation, replication process of tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV) and ultrastructural changes induced by infection in the neuroblasts cell line (UKF-NB-4) was studied by electron microscopy. I compared electron microscopical aspects (appearance) of TEM images of neuroblasts cells prepared by (1) conventional chemical fixation, resin-embedding and sectionig; (2) rapid freezing of cell monolayers at high pressure and sectioning of freeze substituted samples. The most interesting fact, however, is that vitrification preserves the cell in close to native state, whereas chemical fixation and dehydration can not take place without extensive intra- and intermolecular cross-linking and aggregation. The appearance of the cytoplasm and nucleoplasm of neu-roblasts cells were different in conditions (1) and (2). The excellent ultrastructure of the cytoplasmic and nuclear membranes and organels of neuroblasts cells processed by (2) confirmed the potentional of the method for preservation of cellular fine structures. The infection of neuroblastoma cells was associated with number of major morphological changes, including proliferation of membranes of the rough endoplasmic reticulum and rearrangement of cytoskeletal structures. The viral particles were located mainly in the cisterna´s of ER but also in the cytoplasm. In the cytoplasm I observed virions in the asso-ciations with microtubules and neurosecretory dense core vesicles. The transport of viral particles inside of the transport vesicles was obsereved from ER to Golgi apparatus. Free nucleocapsids were not confirmed. The observed pattern corresponded to both trans and cis type of maturation. The TBEV-infected neuroblasts cells exhibited either apoptotic or necrotic morphological changes. I observed the apoptotic signs (condensation, margination and fragmentation of chromatin in nucleus) and other alterations, such as disorganisation of cytoplasm, presence of the vacuoles and high density of cytoplasm. This report also de-scribes scanning electron microscope study of the surface features of neuroblasts cells. We observed virus-mediated cytopathic effect. The cells infected with TBEV were rounded with rough and rugged topography.
Society Response on Juvenile Criminal
TESAŘOVÁ, Martina
Criminal behaviour among youths is spread so widely, that almost every youth has committed one criminal aktivity at least. The top of the criminal activities of youth committers came in the half nineties. Since that time, there have been noticed new trends in youth{\crq}s criminality development. The average age of committers decreases, the brutality of crime increases and there came out new kinds of crime (children prostitution, drug criminality). In the last time it is more often discussed lowering the age limit of penal responsibility. It would be since 14 years. A new penal legislative could be authorized at the break of this and next year. This diploma work aims to chart the society{\crq}s attitude towards criminal activity of youths in chosen areas of south bohemian region. Individual points of this work are orientated towards the attitudes to the age limit of penal responsibility, to the current legislative reform in punishable activities of youths; to risky factors which cause arise of criminal behaviour. The first hypothesis was set up on the thought, that the risky factor which has an effect on arising the criminal behaviour of youths is preferred by the public in consistence in parents bringing up to school setting. Hypothesis I. was confirmed. Hypothesis one claimed that the laic public is not partisan of setting op cameras at schools. This hypothesis was disapproved. Hypothesis II. assumed that positive laic public{\crq}s attitude are for lowering the age limit of penal responsibility. This hypothesis was confirmed. Before the research, there had come out a hypothesis III. which assumes professionals positive attitude towards lowering the age limit of penal responsibility. There was pursued a research with some professionals work in a field of penal affairs of youths. There was made a half standardized interview. In the second part was done a quatitative research. That research was realized on the selective set which had 210 respondents. Some inhabitants of České Budějovice and Český Krumlov regions took part in this research. The main implement used in this research was a semantic diferencial. This diploma work should help to spread awareness and knowledge of the crime problematic of youths. Next usage could be used by professionals who are interestend in attitudes towards this problematic.
