Civic amenities building
Tesař, Ondřej ; Svoboda, David (referee) ; Berková, Petra (advisor)
The aim of this Master´s project is the design of the elementary art school in Slavkov u Brna. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part deals with architectural and structural design of the building, the second part with design of selected building services, and the third part with a noise study of the building. The building has two floors and a flat green roof. It is operationally divided into two sections with a common entrance - the art school itself and the concert hall. The first section consists of the office, six classrooms, a room for music theory, a choir room, a storage room, and sanitary facilities. The second section includes the concert hall, gallery, foyer, prep room, and sanitary facilities. The technical equipment of the building is located on the second floor. The building has load-bearing ceramic masonry walls, based on plain concrete foundation strips. The floor and roof structures are designed as cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs. The partitions design is ceramic masonry units and acoustic plasterboard walls. The facade design combines greenery and ventilated cladding. The design building services include heating with two heat pumps, ventilation and cooling with two air ventilation systems, rainwater management for toilet flushing, artificial lighting, and photovoltaic power plants for the building services. The noise study covers issues of sound insulation of the building structures, reverberation time in selected rooms, and an urban acoustic study. The result is the correct design of the building in terms of acoustic comfort.
Detached house with a workshop
Tesař, Ondřej ; Navrátil, Michal (referee) ; Petříček, Tomáš (advisor)
The aim of bachelor´s thesis is to elaborate the project documentation for realization of new detached house with a workshop. The new building is situated on the edge of the built-up area of the town Velké Pavlovice in the Břeclav district. It is a two-storey, basement and free-standing building. The building is divided into two functional parts, a living area and a design office. The detached house is designed for permanent housing for a five member family. The plan of the building is irregular shape, resembling an inverted letter L. The detached house is based on plain concrete strip foundations. The vertical load-bearing structures in the basement are made of reinforced concrete monolithic structure. The above-ground part of the building is masonry. The horizontal construction systém is made of reinforced concrete monolithic structure. The building covering constructions are designed as non-walkable, vegetation and walkable flat roofs. The building is thermal insulated with a ventilated facade partly with timber cladding.

Posts of the Presidents in the Countries of Visegrad four
Tesař, Ondřej ; Mlejnek, Josef (advisor) ; Javůrek, Petr (referee)
The diploma theses "Posts of the President in the Countries of Visegrád Four - Funkce prezidenta v zemích Visegrádské čtyřky" describe analysis of the positions of four Presidents in four different parliamentary regimes. After the analysis of historical tradition, constitutional competence and the most important events in the particular terms of office of the particular Presidents, the aim of the diploma theses is to compare the four chosen different conceptions of the presidential posts. The comparison of the four presidential posts has another aim. This aim of these graduation theses is to analyse the incoming possible reform of the presidential elections in the Czech Republic from indirect elections to direct ones. The potential introduction of direct elections of the President in our country would mean some changes in the position of the President of the Czech Republic and his or her perception by people. Some of the described cases are excellent for the analysis of the incoming possible transition to a direct presidential election, in which similar reforms of the presidential elections, and the related changes of the Constitutions, have already taken place. The ideal case is the neighbouring Slovakia, which introduced not only the direct elections of the President at the end of the last and at the...
Synthesis of phytoceramide analogues and evaluation of their effects on the skin barrier properties
Tesař, Ondřej ; Vávrová, Kateřina (advisor) ; Pullmannová, Petra (referee)
Charles University in Prague Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradci Králové Deparment of Inorganic and Organic Chemistry Candidate: Ondřej Tesař Supervisor: doc. PharmDr. Kateřina Vávrová, Ph.D. Title of diploma thesis: Synthesis of phytoceramide analogues and evaluation of their effect on the skin barrier properties. Phytoceramides (FCER) belong to the class of sphingolipids. They are composed of a basic alcohol phytosphingosine (P) and the acyl chain. Together with the other lipids they create the extracellular membrane in human stratum corneum (SC), the uppermost layer of the skin, which protects us against the loss of water and penetration of foreign compounds into our body. The influence of FCER structure on the function of this membrane is unknown yet. Aim of the work: The aim of this work was to examine what role the acyl chain length of FCER plays in this membrane impermeability. Methods: My task was to synthetize FCER with acyl chain length of 2, 4, 6 and 24 carbons and preparation of SC model membranes containing FCER with acyl chain length of 2, 4, 6, 8 or 24 carbons, cholesterol, lignoceric acid and cholesterol sulfate. The permeabilities of the model membranes were evaluated in Franz diffusion cells. Electric impedance and permeability for two model drugs: theophylline (TH) and indomethacin...
