Diplomová práce analyzuje výroční finanční zprávy politických stran, majících zastoupení v Poslanecké sněmovně Parlamentu České republiky za rok 2006. Vychází především z údajů, které jsou strany každoročně povinné předkládat Poslanecké sněmovně k nahlédnutí. Práce se zaměřuje především na hospodaření stran, především z hlediska příjmů a výdajů, ale okrajově také na majetek a zdroje jeho krytí.

Účetnictví neziskových organizací

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je typologie a charakteristika nestátních neziskových organizací a to především z pohledu zákona o účetnictví . Zabývám se nejprve rozčleněním a popisem nevládních neziskových organizací podle toho, jak je definuje zákon, dále pak účetnictvím nevládních neziskových organizací a podrobnějším rozborem jednotlivých položek směrné účtové osnovy. Ve druhé části práce naleznete popis fungování konkrétního nadačního fondu v praxi. Hlavně jsem se zaměřila na dokumenty, kterými se činnost fondu řídí, na vykazovací povinnosti a především na účetní závěrku a audit.

Fixed assets in non-profit organisation

In my bachelor essay I featured the accounting operations with fixed assets within the two types of non-profit organisations. I put the accent on financial sources, amortization and funds. I featured the different financing of the small fixed assets. In the next chapters I worked out different amortization plans of a school furnace and recognized the plans, that wouldn't be accepted by the founder. As a historical example, I wrote about the loss done by insufficient capital grants.

Dále se práce zabývá hospodařením příspěvkových organizací a shrnuje jejich fondy. Závěrečná část je věnována praktické části - zřízení a činnost příspěvkové organizace Lesní správa Lány.

Funding of public universities by European Union resources

The work describes particularities of public universities and their funding. It depicts possibilities of funding by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and particulary by structural funds of European Union. The main part is dedicted to funding by Operational Programme Education for Competitiveness. Work describes procedure of creation, implementation, monitoring and control of projects funding by Operational Programme Education for Competitiveness. Furthermore it describes other possibilities of funding by structural funds and economic information systems on Czech public universities.

Budget analysis in concrete coditions in the town Mníšek pod Brdy

The Diploma Thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and analytical. The theoretical part is focus on briefly development of municipalities, their status, competency and local government. The work describes the budget system of the Czech Republic and it is concentrated on municipality budget(revenues, expenditures and icomes from operations). The analytical part is concentrated on municipality economy, changes in budget revenues and expenditures in Mníšek pod Brdy in years 2003-2007. The last part is focus on municipality audit and present projects in this town.

Non-governmental and Non-profit Organisation's Specifications with respect to Funding and Accounting Based on the Example of Church-based Legal Entity

Diploma thesis is focused on non-governmental and non-profit organisation's specifications. It is aimed mainly on church-based legal entity, foundations and endowment funds, civil associations, public beneficial association and universities. One chapter describes financial management of above-mentioned organisations and its specificities including planning, fundraising, operational management and evaluation. Methods of establishment, creation, cancellation, cessation and management of the organisation are described from legal point of view. In one part of the thesis I have concentrated on tax allowances within income tax, Vehicle Excise Duty, immovable property tax, capital transfer tax, gift tax and real estate-transfer tax. The following chapter focuses on accounting and its differences compared to companies. The aim of the practical part is to analyze the financial management of registered legal entity, which is estabilished by church-based legal entity -The Archdiocese Caritas Prague. The analysis focuses on content and progress of costs and revenues in period 2005 -2007.
