110 Závěr Závěrem lze shrnout, že odpovědnost je nepochybně jedním ze základních pilířů celosvětového společenství, na němž je vystavěna samotná existence lidské pospolitosti, jejích morálních a právních pravidel. V posledních desetiletích sílí nesporně tlak na sjednocení práva, které by umožňovalo zlepšit funkčnost globálního propojení světa.249 Zejména v rámci Evropské unie lze nalézt příklady úspěchů plynoucích z harmonizačního procesu právních úprav členských států. Obdobný cíl si kladou i koncepty PETL a PEL. Ojedinělost předložených návrhů civilní odpovědnosti spočívá zejména v tom, že je vypracovaly dvě na sobě nezávislé skupiny vědeckých pracovníků. Zároveň se Česká republika nyní nachází ve fázi procesu schvalování nového civilního kodexu, jehož případné přijmutí by znamenalo značné koncepční a obtížně revidovatelné změny. Není zřejmě sporu, že nový civilněprávní kodex by měl vstřebat aktuální vývoj, k němuž v oblasti soukromého (deliktního) práva dochází, a tedy i např. zachycovat trendy na celoevropské akademické úrovni.250 Naznačené požadavky na nový soukromoprávní kodex jako celek by samozřejmě měl splňovat i oddíl věnovaný civilní odpovědnosti za škodu. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu vývoje časových řad, nominálních cen zlata a stříbra od roku 1968 do roku 2014 a následné využití ARIMA modelu pro sestavení predikce cen obou komodit. Při sestavování predikce bylo využito statistického softwaru Statistica od společnosti StatSoft ČR s. r. o. (licence získána z ČZU) a tabulkového procesoru Microsoft Excel.

Factors affecting the reproductive performance of sows

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to analyse reproductive characteristics of sows, that means the fertility and the lactation performance and influences that effect them. This work clarifies internal influences, primarily the breed affiliation, the age and weight of the sows, the parity number and the farrowing index. From external influences are covered nutrition, feeding and technology of stabling. The attention also aims at the pig maternal breeds that are bred for the reproduction characteristics.

Parental Leave - Drawing on Parental Benefits After 2008

The opening of the Bachelor Theses is dealing with a demographic development also relating to a social development with respect to a family politics in our state. A parental benefit is a kind of a straight state support to families with children under the age of four and there is a development of the benefit payoff described after the changes that were made in 2008. A research is presented in the second part of the theses. It is focused on parents? decisions regarding parental benefits in the period of 2009-2011. At the same time, the research explores the question of a potential increase of fathers who apply for parental benefits.

Key features and prototypes in visual predator recognition - laboratory experiments with Great Tit (\kur{Parus major})

Categorization of predators is fundamental for birds? life. However, the mechanism is not well explained yet. Two basic theories of categorization were tested in the laboratory conditions, where we have the possibility to focus on the behavior of each individuum. In the experiments we focused on the relevance of the key features and colour patterns. The responses of the Great Tit to variously modified dummies of Sparrowhawk were observed. The results confirm that the bird does not recognize the predator only on the basis of the key features and the colour patterns have a essential influence on the categorization. Categorization of the predator is a complex process and it cannot be explained only on the basis of one psychological theory. A combination of the key features and a prototype of a particular category learned throughout its life is probably used.

Influence of starvation on willingness to risk in Great tit (\kur{Parus major}) and Blue tit (\kur{Parus caeruleus})

In this work, I investigated influence of starvation on willingness to risk for food in presence of a predator. Experiments proceeded in winter when birds are not influenced by fear about clutch or brood and therefore the food becomes their priority. I tested birds in laboratory conditions where is possible to monitor and regulate food availability. Tits were tested for stuffed model of dangerous hunting specialist sparrow hawk (Accipiter nisus), nest predator jay (Garrulus glandarius) and harmless similar-sized bird pigeon(Columbia livia f. domestica). A control experiment without a model was conducted too. Each bird was tested for given model replete and hungry and each bird was tested only for one model. We were interested in differences in reactions to individual models and the influence of repletion rate; if the behaviour was different between replete and hungry birds, or in the {\clqq}accustom`` phase and in experiment itself. We also investigated, if there are differences in behaviour between Great Tits and Blue Tits.

Cycletourism and its influence on tourism development in Tabor´s agglomeration

Main goal of these work was evaluate cycling and its influence on tourism development in Tábor´s agglomeration. Next goals were analysed cycleways which are going thorough Tábor´s agglomeration and analysed cycling actions. For this estimation was needed to carry out questionnaire investigation. On the basis results of investigation were processed marketing suggestions and steps for the development of cycling in monitored areas.
