The analysis of the playing performance of the line players on European Championship in Brno 2008

Name: The analysis of the playing performance of the line players on European Championship in Brno 2008 Object of the work: We would like to analyse playing action of the line players 2008 Men's 18 European Handball Championship in Brno, define indivudual action and tendency of the performance of the line players on the previous Men's 18 ECh. We define the most used individual technics and combinations on Men's 18 ECh in Brno. Methods: We used non participating and non structured observing and qualitative analyse. Data was generated by Hand Ball Stat 1.7 for quantitative analyses and we chose the most important statistic data, which describe playing performance of the pivots on ECh in Brno. Results: Shot efficiency of the pivots rise from the previous Men's 18 ECh. The same trends are followed also in the physical conditions and technical skills of the line players in this age. Title: Comparison of selected practice indicators of women's volleyball team playing the highest competition in Czech Republic and France. Objectives of work: Monitoring and comparison of selected indicators in the preparation of training volleyball clubs in the highest women's competitions in the Czech Republic and France. Method: The basis of this work, the data collected in two consecutive seasons (2008/09 and 2009/10). Data were obtained by observation, interview and controlled analysis of records of the training process. Tables have been prepared in the Microsoft Office Excel. To evaluate the results of the comparative method was used. Results: The results allow the use of coaching in practice and can serve as a stimulus to reorganize the categories and the system of care for youth in the CVS. Use of visual feedback in the training of selected individual gaming activities in handball

5 Abstract The aim of thesis is the obesrvation and resutling evaluation of different development of handball players. The research is aimed at practising selected gaming activities of an individual player, which are documented with a video camera. Players are divided into two groups. One group has the possibility of feedback with the help of video. The second group is performing the role of control anf the training is not affected by the video. The basic method that we use to obtain the necessary results is qaulitative analysis and evaluation of kinetic analysis based on the video obtained during my research. The results are recorded in tables and graphs according to numeric and a pair comparing scales, accompained by verbal response. 6 ABSTRACT Title: Analysis of handball coaches' activities in selected area. Objectives: The aim of the thesis was to determine wether the activities of coaches in handball teams, divisions under the Regional North-Moravian Handball Association (OSSH), are in accordance with the recommendations issued by the Czech Handball Federation (CSH). Methods: For the entire research project was chosen the epirically analytical method. With respect to the geografically large area, we considered interrogation method which can be used to collect both quantitative and qualitative research data. All collected data were summarized by entering inno tables and graphs. In the verification of hypotheses the data was evaluated by using basic statistical methods, the arithmetic mean, absolute frequency and relative frequency. Results: The thesis was intended to result in recommendation for coaches' education and development in the mentioned region. With reference to the research results in this thesis the recommendation will not related to impetus for only participation in the trainings. As we found out, the passing of the education and training activities themselves is not a problem. The recommendation will be predominantly related to the change of approach. It is necessary to transform the passive approach into the active one...

The title of the thesis : Psychological-emotional characteristics of a selected handball woman team The aim of the thesis : The aim of this thesis is to outline the issue and to create a psychological-emotional characteristics of the selected team and her influence over the individual and collective performance. The method : To purchase needed informations I used the structured and semistructured interview, which I completed with the observation. I worked up the realized dates with psychological analysis. The results : In depence on the used methods and purchased results I found, that the psychical aspect of the personality, particurarly the emotional komponent, very influences the performance of the players, in depence on their individual charakteristics.

Title: Handball education on primary schools and its dependence on quantity o(members in chosen regions o{the Czech Republic. Aims: This thesis is specialized on study of relati.ons between quanti.ty of members and extension of handball educati.on at . schools in chosen regions ofthe Czech Republic. The main aim is to try to clear up causes of decline of the member base and to suggest possibiliti.es how to reverse this negati.ve trend. Title: Aims: Methods: Results: Keywords: The analysis of defensive systems at Woman's 19 European Handball Championship 2004 Evaluate defensive phase of selected teams by analysis ofvideo records. Determine particular characteristics of defensive systems if they are effective in senior teams so that they could be also accepted for woman's 19 teams. Compare defensive play of Czech representation with other European country representations. Quantitative and qualitative methods will be used for this reasearch. The analysis of particular matches will come out from indirect observation (video records) that we have got from Czech Handball Federation. We will record data from games to a self made record sheet. Partly we will use data from European championship statictics. The best European teams using one main defesive system in defensive play ranked at the top places. We can observe higher pace of games and physically and technically well prepaired players in the better teams of European championship. Development of handball goalkeepers joints movability focused on selected elements of their skill

My dissertation's name is : Development ofhandball goalkeepers joints movability focused on selected elements oftheir skill Aim : The aim of my dissertation is to make and prove a model of development hip joint movability which is applied at the same time with practice and getting better of sdected goalkeepers skill. Methods: I used observation method for proper survey and record of goalkeepers' activity. In my case it was about observation during matches, also filled in with indirect observation from video records. I needed to measure goalkeepers' hip joint movability and spine flexibility in my dissertation - I used measurement of distances and measurement of angles (goniometry). I assessed goalkeepers' quantitative and quality locomotive faculties. Results : On the basis of the acquired results we can see that goalkeepers improved their movability ofhip joints and spine flexibility. They also improved their percentage successfulness in catching shoots during matches, on average, by 13%. They also improved their skill of goalkeeping but I expected that they would improve more.
