In my thesis I looked for a solution to simplify the transfer and storage of motorcycle helmet. This is the helmet for smaller motorcycles for city traffic, where isn ´t often the sufficient space for helmet storage after the motorcycle is left. I choose this topic because the motorcycles are one of my main hobbies and I know how unpleasant is to move in the city, school or work always with the helmet in your hand because you cannot put it into your backpack or to the standard personal cabinets at school cloakrooms or in the factories. The helmet which I made will reduce its volume by folding approximately about 40% and it makes easier the transfer and enables putting into the storage space, cabinet or hand luggage /backpack, bag/ - as I know acc. to my experience the bikers carry with them. The skeleton and the helmet cushioning is divided into four parts /upper, two side and back/ which enable the folding. The cushioning of the side parts will fill the inside space of the upper part by simple folding, then the side skeleton will be inserted to the upper two-case part and in the last – back part, fixed to the rest of the helmet by the hinges, will fold into the helmet – it covers the above mentioned cushioning of the sides and so it protects its damage. The whole will be fixed by the tightening bend which is also used for helmet fixing on the head. In the dismanted status is everything saved by the locks which connect the back and side parts. The helmet skeleton was made of kevlar which compensates the added weight and also keeps the sufficient solidness. Because of double case enabling the saving of the side parts, the solidity and also the safeness are bitter then by using of normal helmet. The helmet shape is created in easy concept and aerodynamic shape. All details, blending and surface extrudation have the reason. In the bottom is the material enlarged because of locks , in the middle part the enlargement is used for breaking of hanging sides and the cleats on the outside enable the cooling and head airing. For the thesis presentation I make the model 1:1 which cannot be fold up. The skeleton is made with the help of 3D printing and after that colour treated. The cushioning milled on CNC machine of extrude polystyren will be refilled by soft foam and covered by the cloth. The shield protecting eyes will be vacuumed of colourless plastic.

Project methodology in mobile operator environment
Chvátal, Martin ; Svatá, Vlasta (advisor) ; Svítil, Petr (referee)
Goal of the thesis is a detail description of the project methodology within the Telecommunication Company and pointing out the differences between current existing methodology and methodology standards. The thesis is not just simple description of the project methodology but addition to that it tries to (in given time & material framework) design new solutions for the project process optimalization. The aim of the proposed solutions is to increase competitiveness of the company on the market in current dynamic environment. Thesis has two main parts, theoretical and practical one. Theoretic part deals with general project methodologies and compares theirs main features and characteristics. One of the chapters is also describing Six Sigma process methodology, that will play a major role in the practical part of the thesis. In practical part, first of all I am introducing the company Vodafone Czech republic which allowed me the creation of the diploma thesis. Following chapter is focused on existing project methodology, project life-cycle and tools that the company uses in day-to-day practice. Next chapter deals with the detail analysis of the project process and by using of real samples of the company projects I try to find the optimalization of the project process in order to speed up the time to market and thus provide faster reaction to the market conditions and needs. Final chapter provides a summary and conclusion of the work done. Benefits of the diploma thesis should be following: 1)Detail mapping of the project methodology in mobile operator environment 2)Analysis of the current existing project process and project lifecycle 3)Possibility to get greater knowledge about the work of the Project management office 4)Design a possible solution that would help to increase competitiveness on the market
