This diploma thesis focuses on the determination of the value of Bosch Rexroth, spol. s.r.o. due to 1st of January 2018 using the revenue method of company evaluation, specifically the method of discounted monetary flows in entity variation. In the theoretical part of the thesis, basic theoretical concepts are described in relation to the topic of the thesis. In the practical part, strategic and financial analysis is conducted next to the prognosis of value generators, financial plan and evaluation of the company using the revenue method and accounting method.
The presence of omega-3fatty acids in the nutrition of children in preschool and school meals.
STROUHALOVÁ, Eliška
Nutrition and diet in general are the factors that can be used in the development and evolution of many diseases, that can occur in preschool age. Therefore, the appropriate composition of the diet is very important as for the proper growth and development of the child's body, but also for the function of certain children's organs. This diploma thesis is focused on the nutrition of children in preschool and school meals and on the consumption of omega 3 fatty acids and their filling of the consumer basket in the fish commodity according to the standard in individual years. Omega 3 fatty acids have a huge impact on human health and are an important element for children, which contributes to their health and to the prevention of the occurrence of non-communicable diseases of mass occurrence (diabetes, obesity, etc.). Theoretical knowledge, which is formulated in the theoretical part, were obtained from scientific and professional publications or periodicals, which are searched in databases of scientific and scholary literature. The actual part contains the results of filling the consumer basket in the fish commodity according to the standard at six primary school cafeterias, which are located in the Czech Republic and compares the results with the recommendations of the Decree of the Ministry of Education of the Czech Republic nr. 107/2005.

Obesity and its health complications
STROUHALOVÁ, Eliška
Bachelor thesis concern with history and types of obesity. Obesity etiopatogenesis which include energy balance, nutrition, physical activity, psychosocial factors, pharmatical drugs, genetics and fat tissue as endocrine organ. Than with health examination of obese patient, health issues, impact of obesity on life quality and economical impact. Last theoretical chapter is world prevalence of obesity which is based on research from selected states of the world. The goal of this study was to determine prevalence overweight and obesity which include health issues in the population. For this study was created an anonymous questionnaire. This method is called quantitative. By the evaluation of my survey it was proven that the obese people are not conscious of possible aftermath and they do not find help in time.
Vliv polynenasycených mastných kyselin n-3 na expresi vybraného genu u modelového organizmu
Strouhalová, Eliška
The aim of my thesis was to assess the influence of polyunsaturated fatty acids n 3 (DHA and EPA) on gene expression, mainly PPARy, in model organism. The expression of PPARy gene is increased by these polyunsaturated fatty acids and thus they decrease the risk of development of inflammation and atherosclerosis. This hypothesis was tested on 40 test rats (Wistar albino). The first 7 weeks the rats were fed with a diet containing beef tallow and sweet condensed milk until they manifested mild obesity and inflammation. During other 7 weeks they were divided into 4 groups, each containing 10 individuals. One of the groups was further fed with diet containing beef tallow (control group), other groups received diet with 6% content of oil from safflower added, 6% content of fish oil (high content of EPA) or 6% content of oil from Schizochytrium alga (high content of DHA). The expression of PPARy was measured by using molecular-biology methods at the end of the trial. It was proven that the diet rich on DHA increases PPARy gene expression (P<0,05). The increase of PPARy gene expression in a diet containing fish oil was inconclusive (P>0,05). With these results we confirmed the hypothesis that diet rich on PUFA n3 decreases the risk of inflammation development and atherosclerosis and that DHA is significantly more effective.
