Mobile app for tag configuration in positioning system
Charvát, Jan ; Streit, Jakub (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is the design and realization of mobile application cooperating with wireless locator. Its purpose is providing information about the device and its current configuration or changing that configuration in on or off state, even without any power supply. This is possible by thanks to the usage of modern short distance wireless technology – NFC. In case of need, it’s possible to perform firmware updates over the Bluetooth 5.0 technology. Both technologies are described in theoretical part of this thesis, followed by necessary parts of locator and realization of that application written in Java language for the Android operation system.
Tool for rechargable battery monitoring during charging
Formánek, Michael ; Jirgl, Miroslav (referee) ; Streit, Jakub (advisor)
This thesis deals with developing and making of device for diagnostics Nickel-Cadmium batteries. Those batteries are commonly used in aircrafts and helicopters. The aim of the thesis is to create an easy-to-use device, that automates the process required by the maintenance manual. This process is performed manually by the operator right now. Creating a device that greatly simplifies the process of analyzing faulty battery cells and provide clear overview of the current battery status to the operator. The device output is to be a diagnostic protocol from which the operator can easily identify a fault. The device is based on the STM32F7 Discovery development kit and self-produced measuring boards.
Simulator of voltage output -10V to +10V
Horváth, Michal ; Streit, Jakub (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis is about voltage simulator with microcontroller. The thesis presents some of the available industrial concepts. After that custom design is being proposed of simulator. Hardware proposal includes schematic and printed circuit board design of simulator and power supply. After designing of hardware part, the thesis focuses on software developing. Eventually, the thesis focuses on measurement and discussing of measured results.
Pump Control System
Streit, Jakub ; Šťastný, Ladislav (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is design of universal system for motor control. This device must be able to control at least 4 motors, stepper motors or DC motors. Wired, or wireless communication, using IEEE 802.15.4, is mandatory. The System is based on modular concept. The Basic modules are Control module, Communication module, Connection module and Power module. The system was tested in the control of fertilizer dosing pumps in the greenhouse
USB in microcontroler
Hatala, Branislav ; Streit, Jakub (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with implementation of USB interface in microcontroller. As demonstration example it creates, a composite device that implements USB keyboard interface along with virtual console interface. The purpose of this device is to serve for data collection from measurement instruments. This device receives commands via virtual console and forwards data to a connected PC via emulated keyboard interface. This provides a practical example on the USB side, while measurement is simulated by set of predetermined strings.
Adjustable home light source
Tkáčová, Denisa ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Streit, Jakub (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is dealing with creation and construction of adjustable light source module that has controllable color and brightness. The module has built in sensors providing autonomous control and adaptable behaviour which depends on presence of a user in front of module. User interface is also included, which displays current statistics of lighting condition.
Datalogger or building constructions
Hendl, Adam ; Streit, Jakub (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with automated measurement of temperature, humidity and pressure in building structures. In the section dedicated to my work is primarily a process as I progressed in implementing the task. The next section describes the parameters of the components used to implement the measurement and data storage. This work also includes a design of a printed circuit board that includes auxiliary and measuring circuits.
Wireless channel for audio transfer
Streit, Jakub ; Jirgl, Miroslav (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
This document describes device for full-duplex wireless voice communication. Basic parts of the device are analogue input for microphone, analogue output for headphones or speaker, microprocessor and RF module handling wireless communication. Compression of audio signal is managed by microprocessor.
Communication hardware for I4.0 Barman
Kubíček, Richard ; Streit, Jakub (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
This thesis deals with description and implementation of AAS module. This thesis describes the selection of individual components of device. This module will be a part of the testbed Barman project. This project is implemented in accordance with Industry 4.0 trends. Device will be work as reader of information and ingredients from NFC tags placed on a glass. With this information, parent cell can make decision which action will be done with glass. In this thesis, software for hardware operation with AAS module will be created and described. This program will further communicate with the parent program controlling the functionality of the cell itself.
Digital controlled power source with GSM
Buday, Martin ; Streit, Jakub (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
Content of this diploma thesis is project of the digital control design for a thyristor source with GSM communication. Designed for corrosion protection. The work contain design of the whole device from the initial proposals of the electro diagrams up to finished product. It describes the events that arise in corrosion, explains the principle of operating a thyristor as a power switch. It also describes the creation and structure of a simple menu using the STM32 microprocessor. It explains the principle of controlling a source. Next, it deals with controlled rectifiers using a thyristor.
