Receivables at a Corporate Enterprise

The bachelor´s thesis focuses on problems connected with receivables at a corporate enterprise. On the basis of results of performed analysis in the selected company was proposed how correctly from the point of accountancy treat receivables after the period of maturity in such a way to the statement of account of the company provides an accurate and fair view about the accounting object and the financial situation of the company.

Equal pay

The aim of the thesis is to explain the concept of equal pay, if society talks about equal pay at all, or rather if it talks about unequal pay. In order to understand the concept of equal remuneration, firstly it is necessary explain the definition of remuneration, its types, and the related systems of payment of individual remuneration. The concept of equal pay is based on fundamental principles such as the principle of equal treatment, the principle of fair pay and the principle of non-discrimination, which are always codified in legislation of the highest legal force. The thesis deals in detail with the legal regulation of equal pay, all at world, EU and domestic level. In contrast to global or EU legislation, national legislation is younger and less developed, yet it is given due attention. A thorough analysis can determine whether the legislation at the above levels is sufficient, applied and enforceable. The issue of equal pay or pay gap and the definition of equal work or work of equal value are also addressed by the Czech judiciary. The thesis provides key decisions that helps to develop the legal provisions. Kombinace dřevěné a zděné nosné konstrukce rodinného domu

The bachelor thesis is focused on family house design, which is made with a combination of wooden construction and masonry. The family house is situated on sloped ground located in a protected landscape area and is made out of two parts. The upper operational unit is covered up by a gable roof, the lower living unit is designed with a flat green roof. This thesis involves a comparison of wooden and masonry constructions, their advantages and disadvantages, historical solutions, current combination possibilities and description of both materials. The thesis involves a technical description of designed solution and thermal technical assessment and drawings in attachment.

The image of woman in Lenka Reinerova's memoirs

The thesis deals with the image of a woman in Lenka Reinerova's memoirs published in Czech. The topic is first showed partially, which means separately for each single memorial prose, chronologically according to a year of their publishing, and afterwards coherently by means of general features included at the beginning of the work. The image of a woman is showed by way of both direct and indirect characterization and comparison. Introductory part of the work is connected wih the Prague Circle and its last member Lenka Reinerová, the last Prague author writing in German. The topic of the Prague Circle and Lenka Reinerova's place in Prague literature written in German as well are envisaged problematically. The aim of the first part of the work is to specify some characterizations which are common for all members of the Prague Circle and to specify Lenka Reinerova's place in Prague German literature more accurately by quoting the contemporary authors writing in German and at the same time related to Prague in the broad sense of the word.
