Newly-Built Detached House in Oslavice

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is a design of a new building for a family house in Oslavice and a processing of a project documentation for the realization of the building. The building is designed for purposes of family living and it is situated on the periphery in the east part of the village Oslavice. This part of the village is sparsely developed with family houses. The architectonical solution is designed with consideration of the building location and character of the surrounding housing development. The family house is designed as a one-family detached house intended for four- or five-member family. It is situated in a sloping terrain and it is designed as a partially basement. The designed building has two storeys above ground and a basement. On the first storey above ground there is a daily social zone, on the second storey above ground there is a quiet zone and in the basement there is a technical facility of the building. A part of the family house is a garage for deposition of one personal car. A part of the basement is placed ahead of the front entrance into the building and it is visually separated by using of wood exterior panelling. Roofing of the family house is solved by hipped truss roof and above the garage there is designed flat roof by which it is created a terrace accessible from the second storey above ground.
Detached family house, Skrýchov u Malšic

Bachelor thesis solves project of a family house. The detached family house is situated on a spacious plot, which is located on the border of the village Skrýchov in the southern Bohemia. The estate is sloping and the ground plan of the house is suggested in L-shape. Project documentation solves a two-floor house without a basement with an adjoining garage and a flat roof. The garage is connected with the house through the vestibule. The entrance to the building is situated on the south side. Entrance to the estate is from the adjoining local paved road. Vertical constructions are suggested from ceramic blocks Porotherm. The peripheral walls are provided with a contact thermal insulation system. Horizontal constructions are suggested as reinforced concrete ceiling boards. The staircase is suggested as a reinforced concrete. In the 1st floor is located hall, technical room, kitchen with dining room, living room, guest room and social facilities. In the 2nd floor are two children's rooms, bedroom with dressing room and social facilities.
Detached family house, Vepříkov

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a project of a new detached house which is situated in the cadaster unit of the town of Vepříkov. The building is a two-floor detached house with a detached garage and no cellar, designed for a four-member family. The perimeter constructions consist of sand-lime blocks km beta sendwix and are insulated with a contact thermal insulation system. The horizontal load-bearing structure consists of reinforced concrete hollow core slabs dennert. The building is roofed with a mono-pitched roof with exposed rafters of 5° slope. The bachelor’s thesis has the form of design documentation for the building process.
Newly-built Multifunctional Building

The final thesis deals with a new building of the mixed-used building in Zruč nad Sázavou. The object has five floors, it is basementless with a flat roof. A loadbearing structure is made of skeleton - reinforced concrete monolithic column and reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. Filling masonry is made of ceramic tiles. The object has ventilated facade, it is insulated by mineral wool. Most parts of the object are used for living purposes, the rest of rooms are used as an shopping area – bookstore, drugstore. Stores have their own cleaning rooms and stocks. In area used for living purporses, there is basement cells and boiler room. In sum there are twelve residential units and four of these units are maissonett apartments.
Newly-built Office Building

This diploma thesis deals with design of newly - built office building in the cadastral area Považská Bystrica, part Centrum. The building is situated in a block of buildings. The building has five above-ground floors. The ground floor is divided into relaxation zone and a commercial area with six shopping units. The second and the third floor are designed as an open space office. There are lecture halls on the fourth floor. The mechanical room of ventilation is situated on the fifth floor. The building is designed as a cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame. The building is roofed with warm flat roof.
Temperature-moisture Assessment of Members in Truss with Above-rafter Thermal Insulation

This thesis deals with the temperature-moisture assessment of members in truss with above-rafter thermal insulation. Within this system it focuses on the details of creating a roof overhang because that is where the timber elements are under the greatest amount of moisture stress. Different variations of this detail are presented including the extent to which thermo-technical requirements and requirements surrounding the built-in timber elements are satisfied. Theoretical calculations are then compared with measurements which were performed on a real building. This task of measurement involved developing a new measuring device. The development of this device is also described in this paper.
Family house in Vlachovice

The project deals with technical documentation of family house with partial basement, located in the village name Vlachovice. The building is located on slightly steep land in the gap between already existing lands and single-family houses. The house has the square-shape platform with saddle roof and clinging garage situated on the west side of the building is constructed with vegetation type roof. The basement severs as a technical and relaxation background for the house, the firt floor severs as a healt and social background and the attic serves as living area with sanitary facilities.
Family house in Zruč nad Sázavou

This thesis deals with a new family house in Zruc nad Sazavou. The family house is designed for owners of the design office building with parking. Height position of the house is adapted to vertical alignment of the ground, the object is in slope. It is a two-story, single-family house for 4-5 persons with garage for two cars. Plan shape is a polygon. The structural system of brick Porotherm bricks, ceiling structures of the panels Spiroll. Foundation strips are made from plain concrete. Flat roof single casing. The property is connected to the construction of winter garden. The project was processed by a computer program ArchiCAD.
Family house with a café

The subject of this thesis is to develop drawings for a new family house with an establishment - café. The building is located in Slavkov u Brna. It is located on flat terrain. It has a basement and two floors. On the first floor we find a cafe with outdoor seating for guests. Part of the café is a game room in the basement. The second floor is used for housing a family of four. Part of the house is built-in garage. Masonry is made up of masonry system Porotherm, overhead structures are made of POT beams and ceramic shims Miako. The whole house is covered with a hipped roof. The project was developed in AutoCAD.
