The most important of these factor is the infection risk types of human papillomavirus. Vaccination against cervical cancer is still a current topic. It is the first vaccine against cancer. Objectives: Theoretical overview on the issue of cervical cancer vaccine registered in the Czech Republic and the possible risks of the vaccination. The aim of questionnaire study is to find out doctors and patiens opinion about the cervical cancer vaccination. Questionnaires investigate whether they find the vaccination medically beneficial or commercial. Methods: The questionnaire survey in the Czech Republic. The first questionnaire intended for the patient and a second questionnaire intended for physicians in the field of gynecology and practical medicine. Selected factors of the complement system in the diagnosis of intraamnial inflammation in a patient with preterm prelabor rupture of fetal membranes

RNDr. Ctirad Andrýs, Ph.D. Title of Thesis: Selected factors of the complement system in the diagnosis of intraamnial inflammation in a patient with preterm prelabor rupture of fetal membranes (PPROM) Objective: The aim of the study was to evaluate concentrations of selected markers in amniotic fluid in pregnancies complicated by PPROM with respect to the presence of the microbial invasion of the amniotic cavity (MIAC), intraamnial inflammation (IAI) and intraamnial infection. Among the evaluated biomarkers were complement component C8, terminal complement complex (TCC), the regulatory protein of the complement system protectin (CD59). Methods: One hundred sixty-four women with singleton pregnancies complicated by PPROM were included in this study. Amniotic fluid samples were obtained by transabdominal amniocentesis. Concentrations of selected molecules were determined by enzyme immunoassay test (ELISA). MIAC was detected by a polymerase chain reaction. Interleukin 6 levels were determined in amniotic fluid of patients by immunochromatographic assay. IAI was defined as an amniotic fluid ilnterleukin-6 concetration ≥745 pg/ml. Is possible to use vaccination against some of them. Voluntary vaccination in childeren is still an actual topic. Even though, vaccination has many opponents, it still belongs to the most effective preventive precautions. Objectives: The thesis consists of a theoretical summary of information related to child voluntary vaccination problems. The practical part consists of a questionnaire study whose goal was to determine the attitude of parents and potential parents to child optional vaccination topic. Also, to find out the awareness of the population about the topic, to assess the most used voluntary vaccination, and possibly further information about dangerous side effects of the voluntary vaccinations. Methods: A questionnaire study for a period October 2018 to February 2019 in the Czech Republic. The questionnaire consisted of 20 questions directed to parents and potential parents of various ages (606 respondents).
