Fluktuace pracovníků ve vybrané organizaci

The aim of this thesis is to propose changes to improve management in the field of fluctuation in connection with the process of recruitment and adaptation of employees in the company. The thesis is divided into two parts - a theoretical and a practical. The theoretical part is devoted to a literary review. It was compiled from the study of professional literature, professional articles and also from online sources. All these resources are focused on the topic of fluctuation, recruitment and adaptation of employees and other concepts that are closely related to it. The practical part is focused on the introduction of the company, the range of its products, organizational structure and other information concerning the company. Then an analysis of employee fluctuation for the period 2018 - 2020 follows. The Employee departure rate and Survival rate method is chosen for the calculation. Furthermore, the fluctuation is analysed according to selected aspects, such as gender, age or length of employment. The analysis of the acquisition process and the adaptation process is performed in areas that are important for this thesis. The information needed for the analysis was obtained from the company's internal materials and supplemented by an interview with the personnel manager. In conclusion, changes are proposed to improve management in the field of fluctuation, recruitment and adaptation of employees based on the analysis.

Condition monitorining of elite floorball players'

Name: Condition monitorining of elite floorball players Goal: The aim of the work was to assess the fitness readiness of elite flooball players using tests focused on speed and agility. Partial aim of the work was to find out the differences in fitness readiness between female players in different game posts. Method: We used field tests (sprint to 5 m, 10 m, 20 m, 505L, 505P, K - test and BUMAZA) for Brower Timing photocells (Brower Timing® Systems, USA), which has an accuracy of 0.01 s. Tests focused on acceleration speed, locomotor speed, acceleration and motion deceleration capability, agility. The results were processed in Microsoft Excel, the results are expressed through tables. Result: Female floorball players were found to have achieved similar results in their chosen tests as footballers aged 16-17. From older pupils in the categories above, however, both footballers and floorball players had better results. When comparing the different posts in the field tests, we concluded that the players who play at center were the best performers. Employer´s Liability for Damage

This bachelor's thesis goes into an employer's responsibility for damage. The goal is to show, in a concrete instance, further possibilities employers have when dealing with a loss event. A workplace injury was chosen for this thesis. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part defines the area of prevention, which includes risk assessment, provision of personal protective equipment, training in the field of health and safety at work, safe work environment or regular checks on workplaces. Furthermore, the responsibility of an employee and an employer for damage under the Labour Code is specified. In this part, two selected areas of labour law in the Czech Republic and Slovakia are compared. The practical part shows the procedure of dealing with a workplace injury in a selected company. This procedure is compared with the law. Further possibilities employers have when dealing with a workplace injury are shown, and sanctions imposed on the employer in the event that it fails to meet its legal obligations are listed. Workplace injury statistics in a selected company and in the Czech Republic are outlined.
