Application of Modern Technology for Manufacturing of Prototype Model of Fixation Handle of Keyboard Stand

This thesis is focused on manufacturing of prototype model of fixation handle of keyboard stand using modern vacuum casting technology. The first chapter is focused on product analysis. The following parts of the thesis consist of research dealing with issues of vacuum casting and materials used for this technology, especially casting resins. Part of the thesis is manufacturing of a silicone mold based on already existing component, which is used for the casting of the new component. The silicone mold is made of a silicone mixture Silastic T – 4, for the casting of the new component is selected casting material SG 2000 / Komp. A + B. For vacuum process is used vacuum chamber MK Mini. Bachelor thesis is completed by technical and economic evaluation.

Manufacturing possibilities of motorcycle brake wheel

This bachelor thesis presents a variant solution of mass production of motorcycle brake wheel. These are part of rotating component of large diameter and small thickness made up mainly of carbon steel. The thesis presents methods for the production of unconventional machining technologies and methods of molding. As appropriate variants were selected technologies of laser cutting, water jet cutting, plasma cutting, blanking and fineblanking. The individual methods are described and evaluated their suitability for production. For fineblanking method which seems to be optimal is indicated the production process.

Rationalisation of drilling technology

Master's thesis focus on the rationalisation of the holes drilling technology in the bearing rings which are defined for wind generators. This work contains review of drilling tools, analysis of the current state and proposal of rationalising precautions. Rationalising precautions are focused mainly on the adequate choice of the drilling technology and applied tools. The most suitable option was chosen for the drilling of holes according to the economical evaluation.

Chemical-heat treatment of steels

This thesis deals with study of surface layers of low-carbon steels formed by chemical-heat treatment. The first three chapters consist of theoretical part of the thesis, there are explained basic physical principles of these technologies and described individual types, the third chapter deals with the application of chemical-heat treated low-carbon steels in mechanical engineering. The experimental part of thesis deals with analysis of surface layers of two low-carbon steels formed using plasma nitrocarburizing and gas nitrocarburizing. The properties of these layers are evaluated based on the results of mechanical tests (hardness tests) and observation of microstructure. The thesis is completed by discussion, where the achieved results are evaluated.

The opinions of law enforcement authorities to institute of the probation and mediation service in the Czech legal system

This thesis is concentrated on the detection and evaluation of views and experience of the institutions active in criminal procedure, namely the representatives of district courts, district prosecutions, municipal police departments of the Czech Republic and the Penitentiary of the Czech Republic. Furthermore, it deals with the position of the Probation and Mediation Service in the Czech legal system and its integration into criminal justice system. This domain is examined under three defined indicators: abbreviation of procedure, decrease of prison population and the impact of the social work implementation in justice on the offender resocialization. The investigated area was selected on the basis of study practices executed in the Probation and Mediation Service departments in Jablonec na Nisou and in Liberec, in the Prison Rýnovice and also partly by reading of expert essays, in which the results of researches concentrated on these areas are evaluated very contrarily. To achieve the objectives of the study was used a case study on probation centers in Jablonec nad Nisou and Liberec, the results were compared with a nationwide questionnaire survey.

Probation and mediation service in the Czech Republic, its importance and awareness of it

This diploma thesis deals with the Probation and Mediation Service in the Czech Republic, its importance and awareness of this service in society. The Probation and Mediation Service is a state organization that works in the field of criminal policy. Its main goal is to resolve the conflicts associated with criminal activities effectively and in favour of society. But this is not the only aim of the organization. It also strives for efficient and dignified execution of alternative punishments and measures. Probation and Mediation Service is based on a concept of restorative justice which is increasingly developing in the Czech Republic. It stresses the integration of offender, participation of victim and protection of society. The probation officers have to face many problems that make their work difficult. Key issue is a low awareness of the Probation and Mediation Service in society which is caused by insufficient PR strategy. The consequence of inadequate promotion is a limited cooperation between probation officers and offenders or victims. The low awareness is proved by the results of questionnaire surveys that were conducted among general public in the Czech Republic and clients of the Probation and Mediation Service centre in Prague.
