This final paper is centered on influence of the internet in forming of social reality. Main factor in creation of social reality is element of socialization, say communication. The aim of this paper is online communication and socialization developed through chats, discussion groups, blogs, forums summarized by one term -- social networks, which gained very strong position among communication applications available on the internet. I have tried to find out how online communication influence people and how close one can get in creation of social reality in virtual settings in correlation with other members of such settings. Technology of today creates new forms of communication and new ways and connections among members of online communication groups, which differ from the real ones. Distance is no longer an issue and it is completely natural to interact, thus influence somebody and be influence by somebody, from a different geographical, social, economical or political settings. All of these factors directly influence construct of social reality of those who communicate. Study was conducted as a survey. Questionnaire was sent to two hundred people and 107 returned back. More than half of 107 respondents don't know each other, come from various social classes and different areas of Czech Republic. Range of age of respondents is 15-63 years. All of them were given questions aiming at the reality of virtual communication, virtual friendship and bonds between online members. Other questions aim at the authenticity of information and partially influence of commercials in process of decision making. My contribution to this work was mainly creation of questioner, analysis of answers towards conclusions about the influence of online communication on perception and forming of social reality. Analysis that aimed at respondents spending most of their time online brought interesting conclusions in comparison with other groups, which didn't spent as much time online. The paper begins with theoretical summary of reality, its construction, online applications and scientific papers which include their positive and negative impacts. Following there is study introducing respondents, basic questions, hypothesis and then interpretation of answers with previous studies taken in account. Outcome of this work concludes main aspects of interpretations and draw basic view of the future. The questionnaire and more detailed answers about time spent online are in the appendix.

Another view is to describe the infromation society as a present phenomenon with its general characteristics. The last point of view is based on the hypothesis sof Global brain, which describes mankind as a network of nerve cells, connected to global computer network. Thesis is not intended to be a comprehesive overview of the informatization's consequences but it tries to explain basic issues related to information society.

Informatization and Social Realities - Application to Domain of Global Economy
Galatík, Lubomír ; Rosický, Antonín (advisor) ; Sigmund, Tomáš (referee)
Information and communication technologies constitute a substantial part of today's world. Growing informatization, i.e. implementation of these technologies, in all areas of human activities generates a need to reflect upon their influence on man and society. The significance of this intellectual endeavor is accentuated by the very nature of these technologies. Since they are inserted between individuals in acts of mutual communication their application impacts on information processes within the frame of human societies. This factor takes effect everywhere, no less in the economic environment. In consequence of recent events which gave rise to a financial meltdown at first and an economic crisis later, the necessity to inquire into the effect of informatization on the domain of arrangement of economic relationships acquires its sense of urgency. At present, however, there is a significant gap between the theoretical framework which man uses to intellectually embrace these phenomena and the application of the technologies in question in which a disproportionately greater amount of resources are being invested. Therefore our capability of capturing in our train of thought the changes in the socioeconomic environment of today caused by informatization lags behind the very speed and dynamics of the changes. For that reason, the objective of this diploma thesis is to create a methodological-phenomenological framework for deliberation on the influence of information and communication technologies on the globalizing economy. The fundamental attribute which induces far-reaching transmutations in this field is the virtualization potential that the modern, symbolic and highly interactive forms of these technologies have obtained. As they began to be implemented in the frame of the arrangement of economic relationships, they impinged on a domain whose inner dynamism has already split into two components -- virtual and real -- by the symbol of value -- money. Another layer of virtualization related to the information and communication technologies as such therefore transforms the economy into a much more complex whole, the research of which poses an intellectual challenge as well as a necessity as the changing character of the globalizing economy shelters many pitfalls. This thesis offers theoretical points of departure for grasping the issues in question.
Archetypes in economic analysis
Petráš, Jaroslav ; Rosický, Antonín (advisor) ; Šubrta, Václav (referee)
Transdisciplinary focused work concentrates on the possibilities of the application of the system thinking in the various science branches. Out of system disciplines it studies in detail the system dynamics -- specifically Archetypes (general structures). Introduction to the general system theory can be found in the first section of the theoretical part. Next sections are more particular and refer to the main ideas of system dynamics and Archetypes. Next part of the work focuses on common methods of the economic analysis. Apart from their brief description there is also discussion about their main theoretical flaws. The economic analysis of the specific socio-economic issue (road speed limits) is performed in the last part of the work and it includes substantial usage of the Archetypes and general system-thinking attitude. Primary aim of this part is to confirm or disprove the hypothesis of the utility of Archetypes in the economic analysis.

Nováček, Jiří ; Sigmund, Tomáš (advisor) ; Rosický, Antonín (referee)
The work deals with a question whether a computer can overcome human mind. It summarizes most widespread outlooks on human mind and the current attitude, features most famous reasonings concerning computer and mind, deduces their products and shows difference in computer and human mind. It infers obstacles resulting from this difference which keep a computer from reaching abilities of human mind. Finally there is a speculation why we actually try to do that, what sense it has and where to turn our efforts to gain highest benefit from computer development.
