The main goal of this thesis is a building societies bussiness plan analysis, strategy suggestion and comparison of realization options of suggested strategy. The comparison is going to be done from economical, jurisdictional and taxative points of view. Dissertation will contribute to create theoretical basis for enterprises, which are dealing with basic analysis of bussiness plan, and then the contribution will contain upcoming strategies, especially in practical part of the thesis. This practical part may greatly help to eneterprises with recent bussiness plan.

This master‘s thesis is focused on creating an own business plan, specifically establishing a private kindergarten. I decided to dedicate my kindergarten to physical activities and locate it to Staré město u Uherského Hradiště. My thesis is divided to three parts. The opening part is focused on theoretical foundation, second part is analytical and examines business environment, competition and potential customers. There is an analysis of today’s society situation based on the grounds of above mentioned facts and thoughts. At last my thesis contains a business plan design.

Also it describes theoretical information about particular analysis of inner and external environment, which are used and processed in second chapter of the thesis, in analytical part. A last chapter contains concrete proposal of a business plan, including financial evaluation.

Bachelor thesis deals with proposition a solid Entrepreneurial plan concerning the development of ABC s.r.o. company which has been operating on the market as a business company specialising in the distribution of medical aids for diabetic patients. On the basis of the inner and outer company environment assessment, implemented analysis and necessary calculation there has been projected such an entrepreneurial plan which leads to the expansion of the company portfolio, profit increase and market share, and that all with the risk minimization. The future vision is the development of its own product under its own brand.
