Analog distortion musical signals
Růžička, Matěj ; Kubánek, David (referee) ; Vrba, Kamil (advisor)
In this bachelor thesis I studied the differences in sound of valve amplifiers and solidstate amplifiers, causes of those differences, mathematical modelling the transfer characteristic of valve amplifier and then modeling it with simple diode limiter, which used several types of semiconductor diodes, Properties of those diodes were measured as well. Then I constructed limiters for both polarities of input signal, which had non-linear transfer characteristics similar to the valve amplifier and I evaluated their qualities. Then I measured simple amplifier with bipolar transistor, JFET N-channel transistor and optocoupler, Furthermore, I modified triangle-to-sine converters with bipolar transistor, JFET N-channel transistor, measured and evaluated their transfer characteristics. At the end of this bachelor thesis I described designing a diode-based functional converter and converter made from several bipolar transistors, both of these had similar shape of transfer characteristics and I evaluated their qualities by comparing weighted harmonic distortion of the output signal with output signal of tube amplifier.
Audio signal dynamics processors and their involvement in laboratory teaching
Růžička, Matěj ; Koton, Jaroslav (referee) ; Kubánek, David (advisor)
This master’s thesis describes dynamics processors, their basic building blocks and parameters, as well as the differences between various types of processors. There’s also a description of the design process and the performed simulations of the audio compressor parts. The audio compressor is using the model of the integrated circuit THAT4305. For functionality verification the whole circuit was simulated. Due to the long-term unavailability of THAT4305, the design had to be altered for THAT4315. In the next step the PCB for the compressor was designed, manufactured and the device parameters were verified. Eventually the manual for a laboratory task and an exemplary protocol were formulated.

Hodnocení vybraných pomologických a fenologických znaků v hybridním sadu meruněk
Růžička, Matěj
The purpose of this bachelory thesis was to evaluated phenological and pomological characters of apricot hybrids. Observation of phenophases was realized on experimental field Mendel University in Lednice, assessing and measuring of fruit traits was done in a pomological laboratory. The reason for breeding of new hybrids in our conditions is mainly resistance to Plum pox virus and targeted late flowering. Very interesting was the hybrid H. 1103 (tree no. 8), which complied the required parameters. Furthermore, the hybrids, which were smaller in weight, but with good results, were: H. 1102 (tree no. 1, 71) and H 1112 (tree no. 1). In the literary part are included history and expansion, growing in Czech Republic and in the world. Also, are included the details of morfology tree and site conditions, description of influential diseases and pests. There are also description of the varieties, that gave rise to the evaluated hybrids and of couruse, breeding. Formula clause:I hereby declare that, this thesis entitled Evaluation of selected pomological and fenological characters in the field of hybrid apricots was written and completed by me. I also declare that all the sources and information used to complete the thesis are included in the list of references. I disagree that the thesis could be made public in accordance with Article 47b of Act No. 111/1998 Coll., Higher Education Institutions and on Amendments and Supplements to Some Other Acts (the Higher Education Act), and in accordance with the current.
