Use of a safety PLC for gas burners
Petr, Vojtěch ; Žlebek, Roman (referee) ; Polsterová, Helena (advisor)
The topic of this diploma thesis is the safety of a gas burner control. The aim is to fully automate the system by using a gas burner safety control system (Fail-Safe PLC) so as to reduce to minimum the risks. Because great emphasis is placed on safety, so Czech standards and what is connected with safety control systems are discussed. This project is implemented in cooperation with industrial automation company ElektroMAR a. s.
System design of data collection for control system longitudinal dump coal
Skalský, Jakub ; Amsoft, Jiří Uherek, (referee) ; Polsterová, Helena (advisor)
The diploma dissertation deals with description and division of technologies of coal storage yards. A content of it is classification of individual storages thoroughly divided according to their feature. It introduces with measuring equipment used while solving diploma dissertation. Is incorporated herein by a description of the PLC including a description of each associated modules. Further there is clearly mentioned specification of needed data that is necessary to scan for control system of the storage. Within the diploma dissertation was created electrical system documentation data of collection control systems for longitudinal landfill with two universal machines.
Study of electric properties of nanocomposit material
Ovsík, Jiří ; Rozsívalová, Zdenka (referee) ; Polsterová, Helena (advisor)
This work deals with the electrical properties of nanocomposite materials. Samples for the experiment are made of epoxy resin as matrix and titanium dioxide TiO2 as nanofillers in varying percentage performance. Measurements are temperature dependent components of the permittivity, dissipation factor and resistivity. Furthermore, the internal resistivity is observed with regard to the percentage performance of a sample of nanoparticles.
Dielectric Properties of Thermoplastic Materials with Ground Mica
Fiala, Ivo ; Havlíček, Svatopluk (referee) ; Polsterová, Helena (advisor)
The subject of this thesis are composite materials, measuring of their dielectric qualities, particularly of the polyamide and the polyamide filled with various weight percentage of the ground mica. The essential intent of the thesis is to determine the measuring methodology and respective measurement of the basic dielectrical quantities of materials, as are loss factor and the complex permitivity components. The measuring should be done for various temperature and humidity combinations. The thesic contains the physical explanation of measured dependences.
Dielectric properties of epoxy with nano particle
Ráček, Tomáš ; Rozsívalová, Zdenka (referee) ; Polsterová, Helena (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of basic problematics of dielectrics and nanocomposites. It describes the fabrication of experimental samples of nanocomposites from sealing epoxy resin and nanoparticles of titanium dioxide with various weight filling. Further, the thesis deals with measuring and evaluation of dielectric properties of the samples. It examines the influence of weight filling, temperature and frequency of the electric field on volume resistivity, relative permitivity and loss factor.
Preparation of diagnostic laboratory for accreditation
Mačišáková, Kateřina ; Polsterová, Helena (referee) ; Jandová, Kristýna (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the topic of accreditation of a diagnostic laboratory. It analyses theoretical knowledge in the field of accreditation, accreditation agency and its history. It contains a list and sample of documents required for accreditation and a description of the process. Part of the work is also a description of the requirements arising from the standard ČSN EN ISO / IEC 17025. The work briefly introduces the company whose laboratory is to be accredited. The following are the technologies the company uses and wants to accredit. The main part of this diploma thesis is the Quality manual, which was created with all needed attachments. This Quality manual is the most significant document, which is necessary for the process of accreditation.
Extensions introduced QMS company SPOJMONT Ostrava Ltd
Bayer, Robert ; Jandová, Kristýna (referee) ; Polsterová, Helena (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to familiarize with tools used in quality management and with methods of their application and to apply some of the tools in a real company. Among these tools there are a handbook for integrated management system of QMS on the basis of standard EN ISO 9001:2008, EMS on the basis of standard EN ISO 14001:2005 and ČSN OHSAS 18001:2008, 5S system, process FMEA and application of Pareto analysis on complaints. All the tools are attached to the dissertation thesis in electronic appendixes.
Monitoring properties of nanocomposites on base epoxy
Libra, Miroslav ; Rozsívalová, Zdenka (referee) ; Polsterová, Helena (advisor)
The present thesis deals with the study of nanotechnology in the field of composite materials (nanocomposites). Furthermore, the production, composition and electrical properties of these materials. Samples for the experiment are made of epoxy resin as matrix and titanium dioxide TiO2 as fillers with different benefits. Are the measurements the temperature dependence of permittivity, loss factor and internal resistivity.
Software library for robotic cell
Krištof, Martin ; Jaššo, Kamil (referee) ; Polsterová, Helena (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design of a software library for PLC Siemens S7-1200 usable in programming of robotic cell. The theoretical part explains the principle of PLC programming and the configuration of an industrial robot. The practical part presents the design of the software library and then the individual blocks of the library are described. The library contains blocks for PLC and is also supplemented by blocks for HMI. Using the proposed library reduces the time required for programming. The software library allows the creation of a unified structure of control programs within the company. The result of the diploma thesis is a tested software library usable in the field.
Study of electrical properties of nanocomposites
Ovsík, Jiří ; Rozsívalová, Zdenka (referee) ; Polsterová, Helena (advisor)
The present work deals with the electrical properties of nanocomposite materials. Samples for the experiment are made of epoxy resin as a matrix and oxides TiO2, Al2O3, WO3, SiO2 as nanofillers in 0.5 and 1 percent performance. The experimental samples are measured in temperature and frequency dependence of relative permittivity, dissipation factor, rezistivity and are broken down by the influence of filler on the electrical properties of the polymer. Attention is also paid to the mechanical properties of nanocomposites.
