The history, reconstruction and use of culture monument (The case study of the auditorium Gymnázium Benešov)

Gymnasium Benešov is a very significant educational institucion in the city. Its history is closely linked to the order of piarists, who came into the city in the early of the 18th century. They established a colliage here and started a school teaching. The existence of the order then played a very important part in cultural development of the city and its inhabitants. In 1907 a new neo-renaissance building was constucted for this institucion, because the number of students was ever growing. One part of the new building was a baroque chapel with seccesion wall paintings. During the last century these paintings met a very complicated but remarkable history. The central themes of these paintings were strongly religiously oriented and were therefore in conflict with political power, which came after the Communist revolution in February 1948. So it happened that they were painted over and for several decades disappeared from the world. They disappeared, but were not lost nor completely forgotten, under a layer of white paint they only rested, waiting patiently for the day of their re-discovering. It eventually took place in the reconstruction of the chapel, which was carried out in the school year 2006/2007 on the occasion of the building's centennial celebrations. Let us now together in the footsteps of the reconstruction, let us examine what preceded it, what diffficulties it met and what results it finally brought.

Can the Economics Explore the Animal Behavior?

The purpose of this work is to answer the basic question, if the economics can explore the animal behaviour. At first the determination of the subject of economics is needed. It means to point out, what should economics deal with. I will come to the point of the problem of purposeful action, the problem of rationality and exchange. Consequently I will explore, if it is possible to apply this theory to animal behaviour and if such an application has a sense. I will advert to the problems, what are made by the economists in their opinions of the animal behaviour and on argumentation why the animal behaviour is not a subject of economics.

Methods for cost estimation in the planning of projects

This work is focused on the problem of IS/ICT project cost estimation. Main aim of this work is to design a methodology, which can be use for project cost estimation in the initial part of the project stadium. Defining a basic terms of the project management and describing the most widely use cost estimation metods are the first step to archive main aim. This will be achived by studing literature and relevant articles of the project management. Next step is find an appropriate factors which help to set up the methodology. This factors can derive from a stakeholder's analysis. After definition these factors there si possible to set up a particular methodology. Universality (for a wide group of the projects), accuracy (to determine a particular method) and usability (in the initial part of the project stadium) are the most important criteria to review this methodology. Finally, it is necessary to evaluate the proposed methodology. This can be achieved by comparing the methods recommended in the methodology and the methods actually used for the real project cost estimation. The expected benefits of this work are the most widely use cost estimation metods arrangement and creation of the recommended metodology which can be used to cost estimation of future projects.

Fixní měnový kurz

Práce má za cíl posoudit smysl volby fixního kurzu v současnosti. Prostřednictvím teoretických poznatků zhodnotit, zda je fixní kurz vhodnější než flexibilní kurz, případně za jakých okolností. Toto srovnání vychází ze zhodnocení dopadů volby fixního kurzu na reálnou ekonomiku, zda jsou tyto dopady spíše negativní nebo pozitivní. Aplikace těchto poznatků v praktické části je zaměřena na transformující se ekonomiky střední, východní Evropy a Pobaltských zemí v období mezi lety 1990 ? 1995. V případě Litvy je toto srovnání až do současnosti, protože důsledky se lépe posuzují při delším časovém období.

Podnikatelský záměr - založení reklamní agentury

Podnikatelský plán je vypracován pro nově vznikající reklamní agenturu, kterou se zakladatelé rozhodli založit jako sdružení fyzických osob bez právní subjektivity s výhledem na transformaci na společnost s ručením omezeným do 1-2 let. Agentura bude používat obchodní jméno GOOD ONE. Základní pilíře úspěchu spatřuje v lidském potenciálu všeobecně a ve zkušenostech zakladatelů získaných předchozím působením v reklamní oboru. Hlavní specializací agentury budou podlinkové aktivity, produkci a incentivní turistiku. Plánovaný obchodní plán a na něj navazující finanční výkazy prokazují reálnost tohoto podnikatelského záměru a dokládají kladný hospodářský výsledek.

Specifika poskytování aplikací formou ASP

Cílem této práce je seznámit čtenáře se základní myšlenkou modelu ASP. Jak je patrné ze zadání, pohled na danou problematiku je převážně z dodavatelské strany. Jsou zde také stanoveny základní odlišnosti modelu ASP oproti klasickému outsourcingu, přičemž je kladen důraz na posouzení výhod a nevýhod, které nás zvolením ASP modelu čekají. Aby byla každá strana vztahu chráněna, je nutné vymezit tuto spolupráci pomocí smlouvy, ve které budou upraveny základní dodavatelsko klientské vztahy. Jelikož je tato smlouva velmi důležitá tvoří v této práci samostatnou kapitolu, v níž je podrobně rozepsána. Dále tato práce obsahuje příklady aplikací vhodných pro ASP model spolu s aplikacemi, které tuto službu doplňují. Na závěr se podíváme na situaci ASP v ČR. A zhodnotíme její stav pomocí několika, již proběhlých analýz.
