This diploma thesis deals with the assessment of productivity in the company CHEDO, Ltd. The activity field of this company comprises distribution of coating materials. The analysis used in the theoretical part inspects the position of the company from the view of effectiveness of the business process with the emphasis especially on the negative findings. With the method Balanced Scorecard we are given the right direction towards the behaviour and attitude of the company towards the process of management control in order to increase the performance of the company on the market to achieve adequate financial stability.

Podnikání se zahraniční majetkovou účastí

Práce se zabývá zhodnocením přínosu zahraničního kapitálu v českém podniku, jehož hlavní činností je velkoobchod s barvami a laky. První část je věnována teoretickým východiskům tvorby společného podniku včetně přímých zahraničních investic, druhá část popisuje fungování společného podniku po vstupu slovinského investora. Podnik je hodnocen po věcné a finanční stránce, v úvodu praktické části je podrobně popsáno vyjednávání a tvorba společného podniku. Finanční část se skládá z finanční analýzy firmy a následného ocenění, u nějž autor očekává, že vstup zahraničního investora se projeví v růstu hodnoty firmy.
