Financial analysis of parent and subsidiary companies in selected branch

This bachelor thesis is concerned with financial analysis of parent and subsidiary companies of two worldwide known brands in jewelry industry during the period of 2011-2014. The main objective was to determine which one of the parent companies has a stronger position on the global market and which one of the subsidiary companies has a better position on the Czech market. For performing the comparison between companies was used the companies' financial analysis. Under this work was found out, that company Pandora is considered as a healthier on the global market, and at the same time subsidiary company Pandora shows better results on the Czech market.
Capital structure analysis of companies in Czech republic in terms of country of ownership

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the capital structute in terms of country of ownership. The foundation of the analysis is the sample of companies which are devided into two groups. While in the first group there are 100 companies with foreign ownership, the second group contains 100 companies with czech ownership. The main focus of the analysis is an examination of debt indicators, structure of own and foreign capital and other factors which affect the capital structure are being examined. Results of the analysis showed, that despite differences in some indicators, no essentian differences in capital structure were observed.
Financial analysis of company Banskobystrický pivovar, a. s.

The aim of the bachelor thesis "Financial analysis of the company" is a report of the financial health of the company Banskobystrický pivovar a.s. for the period from 2009 to 2015. Mainly publicly available documents were used. The theoretical part of the thesis contains basic theoretical definitions of the issues that are necessary for the financial analysis. In this part, we also describe the individual indicators and methods we encounter in the financial analysis. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis, which focuses on the use of specific financial instruments, there is a horizontal and vertical analysis, the calculation of the proportional indicators as well as the prediction methods such as credit and bankruptcy models that serve to forecast the development of financial health to the future.

The aim of this thesis is to carry out a financial analysis of the company PŘÍHODA s. r. o. from the year 2010 to 2015, and draw up a financial plan for the year 2016. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first, methodical part, there are described methods and indicators, which are applied in the analytical part afterwards. The analytical part consists of introduction of the company, interpretation of results, comparison with recommended values and competition.
Cash Flow Forecasting for Financial Management

The aim of the thesis is firstly to provide a definition of cash management in global corporations, secondly to analyse and assess various methods of cash forecasting. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to describing the nature of cash management and currently available tools for more effective and efficient financial management. In the following part, theoretical methods of cash forecasting are introduced, the best of which are subsequently applied on a model company through creation of a simplified cash budget. The main objective of the thesis is to describe cash management, analyse different cash forecasting methods, and demonstrate their qualities on a model exercise.
Representation of women in management (gender inequality)

The bachelor thesis is devoted to contemporary problems connected with the position of women in management positions and gender inequalities between men and women. Its aim is to clarify the current situation of women in the labour market through their qualitative research and professional statistics, their attitudes, views and experience with mobility in career development, as well as the impact of managerial careers on family life. In the theoretical part is generally characterized management, manager, related skills, woman as a manager, barriers related to her enforcement in management, the influence of the family and the situation on the labour market in the Czech Republic. The analytical part of the bachelor thesis contains statistical data and my own quality research, data processing and summary of research results and recommendations for practice. The method used to collect data is a semi-structured interview.

The aim of this thesis is to perform a financial analysis of the company Froněk, spol. s r. o. and to formulate an outline of financial plan. The thesis is divided into two main parts. Individual methods and indicators of financial analysis and their interpretation are presented in the first methodical part. The second part is application when financial analysis itself was carried out using the defined methods. It includes comparison of the results, explanation and comparison with relevant competitors and the whole sector. Furthermore, the application part include financial plan for the year 2016. At the very and of the thesis, there is an evaluation of the overall financial situation of the company.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to investigate the financial situation of Moser, Ltd. using financial analysis methods and their aggregates, and make a comparison of the competing companies. The thesis is divided into several parts, in which the theoretical and practical parts are intertwined. The practical part describes the characteristics of the company, a financial analysis itself, including analysis of absolute, differential and ratio indicators, as well as bankruptcy and credibility models. In the theoretical part are all points of the practical part described from the theory perspective.

Goal of this bachelor's thesis is to perform a financial analysis of company Sklárny Moravia, a. s., whose main business activity is production of glass packaging. Analysed period are years from 2010 to 2014. The principal source for the analysis are published financial statements and annual reports of the company. The thesis has two parts. The first part, which is methodical, summarizes all the analytical methods used in the practical part: vertical and horizontal analysis, indicators of profitability, activity, liquidity, indebtedness and solvency and one of bankruptcy models and one of creditworthy models. The second, practical, part contains analysis of the company, the results of which are continuously compared with the industry and competitors.

The aim of this thesis is to perform a comprehensive financial analysis of COUNTRY LIFE, s. r. o. for the period 2010-2014, followed by a view of the forecast of the company's future development. The thesis is divided into 3 parts. The first part is the methodological one which delimits the methods and techniques, which will be used to perform financial analysis. The second part includes financial analysis itself with the intercompany comparison and the comparison across the sector, in addition, the financial health of the company was verified. The third part is the highlight of this work, which is dedicated to the short-term financial plan for the years 2015 and 2016. The plan is based on the information acquired from the financial analysis, supplemented with strategic analysis.
