The Multipurpose Building in Popůvky

This diploma thesis deals with design of Multipurpose building located in the proximty of the town Popůvky u Brna. This buidling consists of 3 seperate structures. The first structure SO01 is intendet to be used for manufacturing an storage purposes. It is steel warehouse with plane dimensions 69,5 x 44 m. Height in the top is 10,4 m. The second structure SO02 is a 3 - storey steel building given up to office building. It's plane dimensions are 24,85x14,00 m. Height in the top is 10,69 m. The third structure SO03 is designed from timber and it's purpose is to serve as the company's showroom. It's plane dimensions are 20,08 x 21,05 m. Height in the top is 10,69 m.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation in the Company and Proposals to Its Improvement

This master´s thesis deals with evaluation of a financial situation of the company Pivovar Chotěboř s.r.o. The theoretical part of this thesis focuses on the description of basic terms and methodological procedures, which are used for company performance evaluation. Based on the first part the partical part will be workded out. The company is introduced in the second part. This part of the work deals with the characteristic of chosen company, the description of the development of industry and calculation of financial ratios based on findings. Recommendations for improvement of company´s economical situation, based on the analysis and corporate benchmarking, are presented in the last part.

This diploma thesis deals with harvesting electrical power from renewable resources - natural raw materials, specifically from biomass, by means of energy producing equipment - biogas station. Theoretical part is focused on possibilities of energy production from renewable resources, analysis of administrative measures connected both with power engineering legislature and limited company establishing. It deals with procedures necessary for implementation of the plan and funding possibilities - grants and long term bank loans. Following analytical part is aimed to particular identification of surroundings, chances and risks connected with proposed design. Prospectus with the objective of establishing limited company BS Cerekvice nad Loučnou, s.r.o. is described in the project; this company will be focused on construction and operation of biogas station, producing electric power and heat.

This bachelor’s thesis includes analysis of the Maxprogres, s.r.o. company based on account statements and information given by the firm. It is focusing on an overall review of the firm standing and tries to assess it’s internal situation and the environment as well. The theoretical base, which antecedes the whole analysis, clarifies the significance of the particular analysis and describes the way of their completion.

This Bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of economy in the town of Rtyně v Podkrkonoší. It´s divided into three parts. The first part describes theoretical knowledge, especially municipality, budget, receipts and expenditures. The second practical part focuses on evaluation of economy Rtyně v Podkrkonoší. In the third part you find suggestion of economy improvement of the municipality.

Valuation of the Inventory in the Selected Company

The bachelor's thesis provides a comprehensive overview of the issue of valuation and reporting of inventory. It emphasises the importance of harmonization of these approaches, also the disadvantages of both systems using the method of comparing the approaches the Czech Accounting Standards with IAS/IFRS. Theoretical solutions are applied in a practical example of the valuation of inventory in a particular company. The result of this bachelor's thesis is the demonstration of the effect of valuation on profit accounting entity.
