Evaluation of Pain in Rehabilitation of Painful Vertebral Syndrome

This thesis focuses on evaluation a assessment of pain in Rehabilitation of Painful Vertebral Syndrome. The teoretical part briefly covers funktional issues and funktional disorders and the approach to Painful Vertebral Syndrome by autors of Prague School of Rehabilitation. The thesis covrers mainly chronical state of Painful Vertebral Syndrome, for witch purposed our inquiry. The practical part present results of survey, which was focused on evaluation and assessment of the pain in Painfun Vertbral Syndrome a how it chanages by the rehabilitation therapy on KRL FNKV (in years 2009 and 2010). The Brief Pain Inventory (BPI - translated vision) has been used as a pain assesment tool two times, before therapy and after therapy. The BPI measures both the intensity of pain (sensory dimesion) and interface of pain in the patienʹs life (reactive dimension). It also queries the patient about pain relief, pain quality, and patient perception of cause of pain (20). Overall we can say, there is an effect on the pain in Painful Vertebral Syndrome by the intensive three -weeks rehabilitation. Rehabilitation reduced pain in intenzity and it also helped pacients to manage activitities of daily living. Reduce of the pain causes, that there isnʹt necessary to use painkillers that much.
Methods of a grip evaluation after reconstructive surgery of the spastic hand

The aim of the thesis was to find out which areas of life of people with hand spasticity may affect the performance of reconstructive surgery. Furthermore, to determine which specific factors involved in the function and dysfunction of the upper limb in people with upper motor neuron syndrome can affect the results of the intervention, and what are the relationships between these factors. The group consisted of 13 people with cerebral type of spasticity. Subjects were examined preoperatively, three months after the intervention, and five months after the intervention. Operations were performed in the wrist-hand and elbow region. Subjects were examined repeatedly by some sensory modality, goniometry, Frenchay arm test, Score for visual evaluation of functional task of the hand, The QuickDASH, modified Ashworth Scale, modified Barthel Index and each person was classified according to The Manual Ability Classification System. There was an elbow contracture release and an improvement in an active motion in the wrist as result of the intervention. The results showed a statistically significant difference in some test scores Frenchay arm test, Score for visual evaluation of functional task of the hand, The QuickDASH and the modified Barthel Index before and after intervention. OF MASTER'S DEGREE THESIS STATUTES OF FLAT OWNERS ASSOCIATION The purpose of this thesis is to analyse particular requirements of the Statutes of the Flat Owners Association. The thesis is composed of three main chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects affecting the form of the Statutes. Chapter One is introductory and presents basic conceptions and historical background of a flat ownership. The chapter is subdivided into two parts. Part One describes theoretical conceptions of ownership of flats and explains main differences between them. Part Two deals with introduction to the history and examines relevant Czech legislation. Main accent is paid to the Act on Ownership of Flats No. 72/1994 Collection of laws and new Civil Code No. 89/2012 Coll. Chapter Two examines the Flat Owners Association (also known as "condominium"). This chapter consists of five parts. Part One focuses on foundation. Part Two characterises membership in such Association. Membership is obligatory and shall arise and terminate concurrently with transfer or transference of unit ownership. Part Three investigates legal personality and its limitations. Fourth part addresses the issue of bodies of Association. Návrh geocachingové trasy na podporu filmového cestovního ruchu

Pechová, P. Geocaching route design in support of film tourism. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2015. This bachelor thesis deals with correlation between Geocaching and film tourism. A geocaching route leading through filming locations was designed for the purpose of meeting the primary objective of this thesis. After that, a questionnaire survey was conducted in order to find out for what purpose do geocachers hunt for newly published caches. The secondary objective was building a profile of a typical geocacher and determining how many people understand the meaning of the term "Geocaching". Another questionnaire survey was conducted to obtain this data.
