Assessment of Biological Activity of Colorectal Carcinoma using RT REAL-TIME PCR

The author in his doctoral thesis, proposed primers and conditions optimized design Quantitative PCR for determining the gene expression of MMP-7, TIMP-1, MMP-2 and TIMP- second Revealed the presence of gene expression of GAPDH TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 in cancer line HT-29 SW480 and SW620. Noted the high level expression of MMP-7 in line HT-29th Expression of the 2-3 orders of magnitude higher than the lines SW480 and SW620. MRNA expression of MMP-2 in line HT-29 noticed. MRNA expression of MMP-2 by the detected lines SW480 and SW620. He found that determining absolute and relative expression in tumor lines is ekvivalentní. significantly higher mRNA expression of MMP-7, TIMP-1, MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in tumor tissue compared to normal tissue. It can be used in therapy. Noticed the presence of correlation of gene expression MMP-7, TIMP-1, MMP-2 and TIMP-2 with survival and DFI. He showed that a higher stage cancer correlated with a higher median momery MMP-2/TIMP-2. 7, Noticed the difference in gene expression between TS, TP and DPD in control and tumor tissue. Bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou nového institutu zkráceného přípravného řízení, analýzou, zda se tento institut osvědčil v každodenní činnosti policejních orgánů působících na okrese České Budějovice, nakolik je využíván, jaká je struktura pachatelů jednání objasňovaných ve zkráceném přípravném řízení, jaké jsou problémy aplikační praxe některých ustanovení trestního řádu {--} účinnost po novele. Sjednotit postup policejních orgánů v rámci aplikace ustanovení § 179d TŘ a institut trestního řádu a posoudit zda trestním řádem stanovené lhůty pro skončení zkráceného přípravného řízení jsou reálné z hlediska každodenní činnosti policejních orgánů.

Barriers for successful implementation and running of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in logistic companies

The Master Thesis of "Barriers for successful implementation and running of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in logistic companies" deals with the current situation of CRM in logistic companies. The main goal of this Thesis is to analyze the sample of several logistic companies by different type which decided to implement any kind of CRM and to find out which barriers and problems constrained from the successful implementation or are blocking the successful running of CRM. The partial goal is to analyze the economic situation and the logistic market in the Czech Republic. The last goal is to provide any recommendations how to follow the right approaches of implementation and which critical areas to focus during the implementation on. These suggestions are based on the result of the evaluated replies with filled questioners. The analytical part bears on the theoretical definition of Customer Relationship Management and of Project Management (based on PMBOK). The main benefit is seen for the companies which haven't decided yet to implement CRM because of unclear barriers and effects. Inspiration can find also the organizations which do any business outside the logistic market.

Práce porovnává a hodnotí on-line podporu logistických společností. Jádrem práce je analýza Track and Trace systémů (sledovacích systémů), další zaměření je na hodnocení webových stránek z uživatelského hlediska. Výběr kritérií byl směřován na informační hodnotu, vzhled a funkčnost, podporu logistiky a podporu zákazníka. Poslední kapitola porovnává ceny prostřednictvím on-line nástrojů.
