Title: Motivation for Practicing Judo for Children in age between 11 and 15 years. The Aim of The Thesis: The aim of this thesis was to find out which motivation factors are the most importatnt for the judo athletes in age between 11-15 years. We studied all the necessary literature, collected informations about this topic, and established quantitative questionnaire. The result of this thesis is suggestion for coaches based on received information about which motivation factors are important for children and which are not. Method: Experiment will be provided by using quantitative questionnaires established for judo athletes in age between 11 and 15. Title of thesis: Construction of preparatory period for Taekwondo WTF. Purpose: Purpose of this bachelor thesis is creation of a plan for preparatory period with all its belongings. It shoud be applicable in praxis and it should provide needed physical condition for subsequent periods of yearly cyklus. Methods: To make bachelor thesis secundary sources were used, above all expert literature which deals with the theme and websites. Within the practical part there is made the training plan of preparátory period for 12 weeks based on secundary sources and author's own findings from praxis and the describtive method was used. Title: Judo training concept of children in age group 8 to 10 years (U11) Objectives: The main objective of this work is to describe and evaluate a judo training concept for children in age group 8 to 10 years (U11). The secondary objective is to create a suitable test battery valid for children of this age. Methods: The thesis has an empirical-theoretical character. The work incorporates analyses of professional literature from the areas of general sports and judo training, data collection, and t-test and Spearman's rank correlation coefficient statistical methods. Results: The results of the thesis show that it is very important to focus on the growth of all the individual components of the training based on the age and development specifics of the children. Title: Changes in the rules of judo in the olympic cycle 2008-2012 Objectives: The aim of this work is to evaluate and make changes to the rules of judo influenced its development in recent years. In the broadest spectrum compare different techniques of judo and usability at different times. Determine judo hold index most frequently evaluated techniques. Based on changes in the rules to try to explain whether they are attempts IJF (International Judo Federation) to return to the "original " judo success. Methods: Analysis of literature from the history of judo and judo training, The method of observation, interview method, document analysis captured in the form - written form, printed version, video, film Results: Most rated technique in selected competitions during the 2000 - 2004 were: kata guruma, seoi nage, te guruma. For the period 2004 - 2009: kata guruma, seoi nage, te guruma. For the period after 2009 : uchi mata, seoi nage, harai goshi. Pre-competition reduction of body weight in MMA

Title: Pre-competition reduction of body weight in MMA Objectives: The main aim of this work was to identify what weight reduction methods are used by professional MMA fighters and how many kilograms they reduce before fights. We also wanted to determine the time they start to work with their body weight and whether they feel any psychological changes or fatigue due to weight reduction. We were also interested in what supplements fighters use during weight cut. Methods: A survey method was used for data collection. The research sample consisted of 20 professional MMA fighters between the ages of 18 and 40. Results: We have found out that MMA fighters usually reduce their weight through reduced caloric intake and subsequent dehydration the most. The majority of respondents reported a reduction of 6 to 10 kilograms in the course of 2 to 4 weeks before the fight. Respondents feel weakened during weight loss and experience psychological impacts such as irritation, mood swings, aggression and sedation. Before the fight, 60% of fighters do not experience any signs of weakness, as the time period from weighting to the fight itself is sufficient to allow them to regenerate. Title: Supervision of the training process in preparation for the Taekwon-Do ITF representation Abstract: The aim of this diploma paper is to analyse and evaluate the Taekwon-Do representative's motoric tests. The paper consists of two parts. The first part contains the history of Taekwon-Do, the contest's disciplines, history of Czech national team and the team's success. Then, there are prepared guidelines for the development of fitness, developmental patterns of juniors and seniors. There is also a theoretical part, where the methodology of development capabilities, testing's significance and methods of work are elaborated. The second part contains the research results of motor tests of individual representatives. The results are evaluated and graphically displayed and compared with standards UNIFITTEST (6-60). All of the motor testing took place in early 2010 in two stages at the beginning of national team training camp. The first stage of the testing was held in January in preparation period and the second stage in February in the pre-race period. By comparing the results of these tests it has been demonstrated that the senior team has the highest level of fitness. Title: The use of gymnastic ball in combat sport. Objective: The aim of this work is to create a stack of exercises for martial arts wrestlers usable for training and improvement of movement on the ground. The exercises used use a gymnastic ball, which replaces the absence of a sparring partner. The partial aim of the thesis is to find out the difficulty of the proposed exercises based on the respondents' subjective perception. Methods: Based on a long-term observation of martial arts training in conjunction with professional resources dealing with the issue, gymnastic ball exercises were profiled. There were 18 respondents who distinguished the difficulty of the 8 selected exercises. A 10-point Borg Scale was used to evaluate the difficulty, which records the individual perception of the effort required to perform the exercise. Results: The result of the work is a set of exercises on the gymnastic ball suitable for training fight positions and situations for combat on the ground. Furthermore, individual evaluation of the difficulty of selected exercises wrestlers combat sports. Kinesiological analysis of selected techniques in greco-romain wrestling

Title: Kinesiological analysis of selected techniques in greco-romain wrestling Objective: The aim of this Thesis is to measure the extent to which various muscles are involved during the practice of the wrestling technique body lock, lift and suplex. It also considers the order in which the muscles are involved. The research applies surface electromyography. Methods: The theoretical part of this Thesis is predominantly based on the method of analysis and synthesis of the specialized literature. In the practical part, the surface electromyography was used to measure which muscles are involved in the body lock, lift and suplex. Subsequently, the difference of the motion performance of the four probands was evaluated. Furthermore, the timing of muscle activation was monitored. Results: The evaluation of the result showed that musculus rectus femoris is the most involved in the movement and the least musculus obliquus externus abdominis. In addition, it was found that m. Obliquus externus abdominis is involved first, while the last one is involved with m. Biceps femoris. Key words: Wrestling, electromyography, quality of movement, muscle activation
