Relations of Central bank to Commercial banks The purpose of my thesis is to analyse relations among central bank and commercial banks in current view with emphasising on situation in the Czech Republic. This analysis is a critical appraisal of issues in relation to current legislation, and last but not least also the planned changes, which are currently under discussion. The thesis is divided into five chapters with introduction and abstract. Chapter One is introductory and defines basic terminology used in the thesis like banking system, central bank and commercial banks. This chapter is subdivided into four parts. Part One describes central bank and banking system. Part Two describes central bank, its position, activity and tools. Part Third is focused on commercial banks. Consumer Protection in Transport in EU legislation

Thesis "Consumer Protection in transport in EU legislation" deals with consumer protection in specific areas. This thesis defined the rights and obligations of air passengers, rail transport, bus and coach transport and consumer protection when traveling by sea and inland waterways. The thesis is also exploring the awareness of EU citizens of their rights by the European Commission - Eurobarometer. Thesis is processed by analysis and comparison of selected judgments of the Court of Justice of the European Union and EU legislation.
Franchising as a form of business on the example of selected company

The theme of this work is "Franchising as a form of business on the example of selected company" - Coffeeshop Company. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the concept of franchising to the case of Coffeeshop Company. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with basic concepts, characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of franchising as a form of business. The second chapter is devoted to the legal aspects: legislation changes introduced by the new Civil Code, establishing a franchise company and franchise agreement. The third chapter is devoted to presentation of Coffeeshop Company, its products, franchise concept. In the second part of the chapter there is a questionnaire survey among franchisees, which is followed by recommendations for improving cooperation between the franchisor and franchisees.
The legislation of the distance contracts according to the new directive on consumer rights

Consumer protection is one of the major areas that The European Union focused on in recent years. With regard to the developement in technical communication the distance contracts became more important. This diploma thesis is focused on the distance contracts and the aim is to introduce and compare the legislation of the distance contratcts according to the previous directive 97/7/EC on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts and the new directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. The diploma thesis introduce shortages of the previous directive, reasons for creation the new directive and changes setting up by the new one. The diploma thesis also analyses chosen judgements of The Court of Justice of the European Union relating to the directive 97/7/ES.

The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to analyse the legal regulations relating to protection of consumers in the area of food and compliance with these standards. The aim of this thesis is to discover whether the legislation in that area is really being complied and at what level the consumer protection in the area of food is in the Czech Republic. The text of this work is divided into two major parts. The first part is dedicated to defining the legal requirements for protection of the food consumers. The second part is focused on the results of the survey which was aiming to reveal what the consumer protection in the area of food on the shelves of food chains actually looks like.

The main goal of this thesis is to make a comprehensive survey for a reader about function of the public auctions of the real estates. Basic terms, requisites and documents connected with public auctions of the real estate are included. It covers voluntary and involuntary public auctions. This work is focused on analyzing of internet auctions. The thesis is divided into two major parts. The first part deals with introduction to auctions including definition, historical overview and description of the most used types. The second part is focused on the relation of the internet auctions to different branches of law. The aim of this thesis is to give a comprehensive overview about the internet auctions, especially in the Czech Republic, mainly from the law-related perspective. It should offer the basic facts about this issue and possible solutions for improvement of legal regulation of this process of buying and selling goods or services.
