Quality of life and Physical Self in Senior Population

Title: Quality of life and Physical Self in Senior Population Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to analyze the quality of life of the elderly with respect to the place where they live and the level of physical activities performed in the past and present. Respondents are divided into those living in nursing homes and those who live in their natural environment. In particular, we want to find out whether these two groups differ in the given areas of life or not. Another criterion by which we divide and compare the respondents is the amount of physical activity in the past and present. The aim of this division is to determine the effect of physical activity on the current quality of life of the elderly. Methods: The selected means of obtaining information for our thesis was a paper questionnaire. After analyzing several questionnaires focused on quality of life, the SQUALA questionnaire was selected. We used statistical methods for nonparametric data to evaluate the results. Results: The results confirmed the relationship between physical activity and a higher level of quality of life. On the contrary, we have refuted the expectations of a better quality of life in the health dimension of seniors living at home. The position of small and medium enterprises in the Czech Republic

The presented thesis deals with a specific definition of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Czech Republic. It evaluates the status of SMEs in the Czech economy in terms of their position in raising funds, especially from the banking sector in order to ensure stability and growth.
The thesis deals with the explanation of basic concepts and categories in the field of business in the theoretical part, the position of SMEs in the economy, their development, contribute to the economic stability of the country and the impact on employment. There is also a support concept in the years 2014 - 2020 characterized by the thesis. Impacts of the economic crisis on SMEs and intervention by the Government of the Czech Republic are mentioned as well. Financing options are presented in detail.
The practical part is devoted to a financial analysis of the selected company, evaluation of resulting indicators and determination of conditions for granting business loans. Recommendations for the chosen company are presented in the conclusion part, with regard to their situation within the issue of financing potential investment in fixed assets.

Legal Position of the Statutory Body

The topic of this bachelor thesis is aimed at the legislation of legal position of the statutory body, which brings a new civil code and a law of Business Corporations. This is a description of the relationship between business corporations and members of the statutory body, their rights, duties and responsibilities and comparison with previous legislation. The aim of the practical part is analyze awareness of business corporations of changes in legislation especially relating to the legal position of the statutory body.
