The doctoral thesis tries to reflect the collaboration of Catholic priest with the State Security Service (ŠtB). This is done in two steps. The first part illustrates the historical background based on research of archive materials and testimony of living priests - agents. Results of historical research tell us that it is not possible to assess the collaboration across the board just on the registration of agents in secret police register. Core of historical part is a typology of collaboration. It serves as a base for input to the second ethical part of doctoral thesis. The main goal of ethical part is to find objective criterions for answerable and ethical way out from moral dilemmas. Core of this part is theory about ethical compromise with two normative principles - principle of small evil and principle of double effect. The analysis of small evil didn't get a satisfy way out from the situation of blackmail: in the concrete situation it didn't tell us, which evil is smaller and which is bigger. The principle of double effect showed us, that the collaboration in blackmail situation is without proportionate cause, in other words, is counterproductive to their value in universal perspective. RESUMÉ - DIPLOMOVÁ PRÁCE ŠNÝDLOVÁ Alena Šikana v církevních školách. Diplomová práce v rozsahu 87 stran, vedoucí dr. Vojtěch Eliáš. Cílem diplomové práce bylo: uspořádání informací o jevu zvaném šikana, zjištění, zda výchova v církevní škole, postavená na křesťanských principech, znamená ovlivnění rizika šikany v těchto zařízeních a porovnání vybraných vlivných faktorů. Teoretickou základnu práce tvořil výběr kapitol z odborné literatury zejména české provenience, část tvořily kapitoly zahraničních autorů. Tento souhrn informací byl doplněn údaji z pilotního projektu "Minimalizace šikany", který se zabýval na straně jedné průzkumem šikany na vybraných školách ČR, na straně druhé tvořil podklad pro ověření a zpracování metodik, které budou využitelné ve všech školách na tomto území plošně. Omezeně byly použity veřejně přístupné internetové zdroje tématických informací. Praktickou část práce tvoří souhrn informací, zpracovaných na podkladě údajů, které byly poskytnuty vybranými církevními školskými zařízeními. Do výběru respondentů byly zahrnuty základní školy a víceletá gymnázia, konkrétně věková kategorie 8. tříd a tomu odpovídající tercie gymnázií. Anglická anotace Analysis of Christology and Soteriology in the Basic Catechisms Available in Czech Language Jaroslava Veselá The aim of this thesis is the description, evaluation and comparison of christological aspects of post-conciliar catechisms. By describing the main christological characteristics we provide a total comparison and evaluation of the selected catechisms. First author deal with the premises of the anticipated analysis, in which is included the basic characteristics of catechetical work and focused on the basic christological and soteriological subjects of the analysis, which is embedded into the framework of the Creed. In the case of the Ecumenical catechism the basic premises, contributions and implications of theological convergence are explained, besides persisting theological differences. In the central part author focus on the mystery of Jesus' life, the conception of incarnation, problems in connection with kenosis, Jesus conscience and cognition and soteriological models. The basic soteriological models deal with the universality and soteriological significance of the redemption, the meaning of Jesus cross and soteriological signification of resurrection. The name of this thesis is The Christological and Soteriological Analysis of The Synopsis theologiae dogmaticae specialis from ThDr. Vojtěch Šanda. This piece was written by latin language in the 1916 and 1922. Vojtěch Šanda was the Czech theologian (he was born in 1873 and died in 1953). He was profesor in Faculty of theology in Prague and he became dean of this faculty in the year 1950. He studied in University of Innsbruck. PRAHA 2009 Abstrakt: Svátosti v revue Na hlubinu a v Dominikánské edici Krystal Tato práce pojednává o tom, jak o svátostech psala dominikánská revue Na hlubinu (název srv. Lk 5, 4). Rovněž se snaží pojmenovat důvody, proč autoři psali o svátostech právě z daných hledisek. V úvodu seznamuje práce s dějinami revue Na hlubinu, příčinami a okolnostmi jejího vzniku, nesmírné popularity i následného zániku. Krátce pojedná též o jejích pokračovatelích. Extension of mappings into Banach spaces

This diploma thesis deals with extending continuous and uniformly continuous mappings. It studies Lebesgue's and Tietze's work in metric spaces through Urysohn's theorem in normal topological spaces, Kat etovs' papers about uniformly continuous functions up to Dugundji's theorem and relationship between continuous extending of pseudometrics and mappings. It connects the articles of nineteen mathematicians of the twentieth century, presents plenty of theorems in more general form and shows that they could be formulated earlier or proved in another way.

AN ENGLISH ANNOTATION Róbert Spišák THE MYSTERY OF SUFFERING IN THE POPE JOHN PAUL II' S. The thesis The aim of this diploma thesis is to introduce John Paul II's view of the mystery of suffering. Based on the Pope's writings, the author is attempting to find the main theological motives that make suffering meaningful. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The starting point is the third chapter, which describes the mystery of suffering. Pope John Paul II. sees the answer to suffering in God's revelation of His love to a man. Christ on the cross reveals the love of God, which is faithful, and is even willing to sacrifice life for a man. God, who loves in such a way, could not have wanted for a man to suffer. Suffering came to the world trough man's freedom that decided for sin and thus betrayed Love. Jesus' suffering reveals also the evil of the sin that has separated a man from God. Jesus as a perfect man, new Adam, also reveals the nature of man's vocation. A man is called to love and self-sacrifice. Christ wants a man to follow Him. Resurrection of Christ assures us that love is stronger than any evil. As suffering came into being trough rejection of love, its significance is utterly in return to love.
