The bachelor thesis deals with designing a family house with a business premises in Dvůr Králové nad Labem at a level of a project documentation for the building realization. The family house is located at parcel no. 2294/71, Dvůr Králové nad Labem territory. The building object is without a basement and with two above-ground floors with a wall construction system from brick blocks POROTHERM, based on strip foundations from concrete and covered with a flat roof. In the house there is a bussines premises of the person who lives there. The Business premises is used for administrative purposes. The entrance to the house is located at the north-west side and the entrace to the working part is located at the north-east side.

This master's thesis deals the design documentation for construction of the Hotel. The building has six floors . On the 1st floor there are entrance hall , bar , dance hall , restaurant, conference rooms and a wellness center . On the 2nd floor there are administrative offices, fitness room, children play room and three large patios . On the 3rd – 6th floors there are hotel rooms . The main support system of the building is the skeleton frame construction.
Salesian Centre

The master's thesis deals with new construction Salesian center, which contents a leisure center and Church of Mary Help of Christians. The building is designed as two separate units divided with dilatation cleft. One building is reinforced concrete frame fill with masonry POROTHERM Profi 40, the second object was built from POROTHERM Profi 40. The whole building has a basement, the basement is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete construction. Basement is insulated with extruded polystyrene thickness of 150 mm, upper building is insulated EPS polystyrene 70 mm thick and 100 mm thick ETICS system. The roof on both buildings is flat, smaller building is covered with vegetation roof, concrete frame is covered with a flat roof with asphalt sheets. There are prepared the study, complete design documentation, technical expertise, heat, fire safety solution construction including fire management and technical drawings, basic acoustic calculations of structures, the reverberation time in the nave of the church. Drawings were prepared using AutoCAD 2009 and technical expertise using Heat 2011 and Area 2011.
House with business premise

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the design, development of project documentation, and assessment of a residential building with a commercial space. The new building is designed in the city of Pardubice, on plot number 1384/20. It is a two-story house with a partial basement and a commercial space in the form of a hairdressing salon. The basement includes an underground garage, which can be accessed via a driveway ramp. The structure has a flat roof, and the walls of the above-ground floors are made of ceramic blocks, while the basement walls are made of concrete blocks from permanent formwork. The building is founded on simple concrete foundation strips. Inside the family house, there are two staircases: one wooden and one monolithic reinforced concrete. The building's ceilings are made of prestressed Spiroll panels, and thermal insulation made of stone mineral wool is applied in the above-ground section, while extruded polystyrene is used in the basement. The building is designed for a five-member family for permanent occupancy.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to prepare the project documentation of a family house with a physiotherapy exercise room. The new building is situated in Horní Nové Ves, which is part of the town of Lázně Bělohrad and falls into the Jičín district. The cadastral territory of the object is Horní Nová Ves with parcel number 27/1. It is a two-story building with a partial basement. The building is divided into three parts. For the garage and physiotherapy exercise room, these parts are single storey and covered with a single skin flat roof. The residential part of the new building has two above-ground floors and is partly under the basement. Above the residential part, a structure made of lattice butted trusses is designed. The proposed building fulfills the function of permanent living and for exercising in the gym. The ground plan shape of the building is regular, the main residential part is rectangular and the wings that adjoin the residential part are also rectangular. The building is based on plain concrete foundations. The vertical load-bearing structures in the above-ground parts are made of masonry elements made of brick fittings, and the underground vertical load-bearing structures are made of concrete blocks, which are reinforced with reinforced concrete. The staircase is monolithic, with a connection to the beam and the perimeter wall. The horizontal construction system is designed from prefabricated Spiroll prestressed ceiling panels. The building is insulated with the ETICS contact insulation system.
Rodinný dům se zubní ordinací

Hlavným cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je príprava projektovej dokumentácie pre nový rodinný dom s takmer nulovou spotrebou energie. Dom je navrhnutý pre štvorčlennú rodinu so zubnou ambulanciou pre jedného z členov rodiny. Objekt je postavený ako dva funkčne oddelené celky, ktoré zdieľajú spoločnú stenu, cez ktorú sa dá prechádzať. Toto riešenie dáva rodine súkromie, s jednoduchým prístupom do kliniky. Dom je situovaný v celkom modernej obci Kanianka, v Trenčianskom kraji na Slovenku. Leží na svahovitom teréne a je orientovaný na juh. Jedná sa o samostatne stojaci, čiastočne podpivničený dom s garážou pre dve autá, s dvoma nadzemnými poschodiami so zelenou strechou. Strechy sú zateplené ISOVER EPS polystyrénom. Zvislá nosná konštrukcia domu je murovaná z keramických tehál Porotherm vyplnených hydrofobizovanou minerálnou vlnou, preto nie je potrebná dodatočná tepelná izolácia. Vodorovná nosná konštrukcia je vyrobená zo železobetónu C20/25. Budova je postavená na betónových základových pásoch. Projektová dokumentácia potrebná na realizáciu projektu bola vytvorená v počítačovom programe AutoCAD. V projektovej dokumentácii je zahrnuté aj posúdenie požiarnej bezpečnosti, výpočty základov a zaťažení, tepelno-technické posúdenie a posúdenie na akustiku a denné osvetlenie.
Residential building

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a new residential building and the development of project documentation for the construction of a residential building with almost zero energy consumption. The building object SO01 - Residential house is located in the south-western part of the village Hustopeče, and it is mainly rectangular in shape set in the sloping terrain in the back half of the plot. The entrance to the building is oriented to the south side. The building has four floors above ground and a basement with a technical background of the building and a gym. Each storey contains two mirrorfacing residential units. The building contains six apartments with a layout of 4+1 and two attic apartments with a layout of 3+1 kitchenette. Access to the apartments is possible from a common staircase with an elevator shaft. The foundation structures are designed as strip foundations. The building is constructed of ceramic Porotherm bricks. The ceiling structure consists of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The roof is designed as a pitched gable roof and a pitched roof. The entrance to the building is designed for wheelchair access. From the south and north side, access is provided for the first to third floors to a covered balcony. The top floor provides access to the terrace for both attic apartments. The façade plastering is done in white shade with a combination of façade brick strips Klinker.
Multi-functional building

The aim of the thesis was to prepare the design documentation of a multifunctional house. The building is located in Brno, in the local part of Přízřenice. The building has both administrative and commercial uses. Administrative space is located on two upper floors, with separate offices on the top floor and open space offices on the second floor. These offices can serve both for design offices and for business firms, services in the field of IT, or management services. On the first above-ground floor, there are commercial spaces, where, according to the project, a toy store, a hardware store, an electrical and paint/paint store are proposed. The building is designed as a three-story building with a basement. The construction consists of a reinforced concrete frame with stiffening walls. It is designed as a rectangle with the second floor rising. This raised floor is complemented by vertical green strips of creeping greenery, which are supposed to visually ground the raised part of the floor. The building's facade is covered with the ETICS insulation system in colors similar to the surrounding buildings. The entire building is heated and cooled by air conditioning connected to a ground source heat pump.
Office building in Brno

The aim of the thesis is to design a new office building with almost zero energy consumption. The office building is located in the cadastral area of Veveří in Brno. In the building on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor (they are typical) there are office spaces. It is expected that each floor will be used entirely by one medium-sized company. On the ground floor (1.NP), apart from the main entrance to the building from the south side, there are entrances to the café, shop and tourist information centre. On the underground floor (1.PP) there is a garage with parking spaces - for 7 cars, of which one space is excluded for a disabled person. Additional parking spaces are designed outside. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton based on footings. The infill masonry of the skeleton is designed in ceramic blocks. The roofing of the building is designed with a flat vegetated roof.
