The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company SANSIMON, s.r.o. using financial indicators and statistical methods in the 2012–2021 period. The theoretical part of the thesis describes selected financial indicators and statistical methods which are used in the practical part for analysis of the data from accessible sources published by the company. The results of the financial analysis are used for the evaluation of the financial situation of the company and for the prediction of future development. In the end of the bachelor thesis, there are mentioned some recommendations and suggestions for improvement of the financial situation.

In this bachelor’s thesis I tried to make an assessment of accounting and financial data on the example of Aircraft Industies a.s. company. To analyze and evaluate these data I will use the following methods: financial analysis with the use of special tools of financial analysis, static analysis, time series. The first part of the work will be devoted to the description of these tools, the second to the application of these tools in practice, and the conclusion, in which I will analyze and summarize the results of the work and offer my suggestions for improving the financial position and condition of the company

Assessing Economic Situation of a Company and Proposals for Its Improvement

This Master’s Thesis deals with the financial analysis and assessment of the economic situation of Pears Health Cyber s. r. o. with proposals for its improvement. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to economic and statistical theory. It describes financial ratios, financial analysis tools, time series, regression and correlation analysis. The analytical part applies selected statistical and financial methods to evaluate the financial situation of the company and evaluates predictions for future years based on the calculated regression models. On the basis of the financial and statistical analysis, suggestions for improving the company's financial situation are developed.

Econometric Modelling of Natural Gas Consumption in the Electricity Sector in the Midwest Europe Region

The thesis deals with econometric modeling of natural gas consumption within the electricity industry for the purpose of electricity production. The first part of the thesis focuses on theoretical foundations, describing the electricity market and econometric modeling, with a particular focus on regression analysis. In the analytical part, this knowledge is applied to the selection and adjustment of potential factors. As part of the proposed solution, a regression model is constructed that describes natural gas consumption in electricity production as a function of selected factors. The predictive ability of the model is verified using data from a testing period.

Mathematical and Statistical Methods as Support of the Development of Software Applications

The objective of this thesis is to analyze, design and develop software application for assessment of selected key financial performance indicators. The thesis is split into two parts. First part covers the research and investigations based on existing academic theory of financial and statistical indicators as well as theory on the software application development and its security. The second part contains a case study executed in an small industrial company from Slovakia. The aim was to develop and successfully test the proposed software application with the financial data from this company. The requirements of the company emphasized ease of use and low complexity. Next to that, low costs for the development and maintenance. As a result the application has been developed by using Visual Basic 3.0 and has been compiled in such a way so that it can be run in the existing Windows environment of the company.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of economic data of WYZ, s. r. o. The first part of the thesis is devoted to basic theoretical knowledge in the field of financial analysis and statistics. In the second part, the actual analysis of the current state of the company is carried out on the basis of the company’s accounting data and using the methods described in the previous part. The last part of the bachelor thesis summarizes and evatuates the results of the analysis and also proposes some measures that could help the company to improve the current economic situation.

In the statistical part, the time series and the associated forecast for the coming years are specified. Finally, it contains suggestions for improving the financial situation, which will help the accounting unit to manage better.

The work deals with the design of an application for calculating company economic indicators and assessing their potential future development using regression analysis and other statistical methods. The program, which is implemented in VBA language integrated into the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet environment, facilitates the analysis of the company's economic situation and assists in decision-making processes.

That diploma thesis is focused on the financial and statistical analysis of the economic situation of FORESTINA s.r.o. for period from 2013 to 2021. The theoretical part deals with the problems of financial and statistical analysis. Conclusions about actual condition of the company are based on the financial and statistical analysis. The analytical part contains evaluations of financial indicators, some of which are analyzed using statistical methods. The financial and statistical analysis is the basis for the conclusions about the current financial status of the analyzed company. Statistical analysis enables prediction of the development of the analyzed value for the next two years. The final part contains proposals and measures to improve the economic status of the analyzed company.
