Realization of digital oscilloscope
Kulig, Tomáš ; Michal, Vratislav (referee) ; Frýza, Tomáš (advisor)
This work is focused to digital handheld oscilloscope. Input circuits are solved by analog devices. DSP (Texas Instruments company) will be used for fast processing of signals from output A/D convertors. LCD display with touch screen is used for interaction with user. The result will be fully functional device. It would measure voltage waveforms within the scope from tens mV to tens V with transmission bandwith from direct-current signal up to tens of MHz
Realization of digital exposure meter
Vacula, Richard ; Michal, Vratislav (referee) ; Frýza, Tomáš (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis deals with the history of light measurement, ways of measuring exposure and constructions of exposure meters. In the last chapters it is treated of the realization of digital exposure meter. This project also examines the characteristics of digital light sensor ISL29003 and its use for purposes of measuring exposure.
RFID based access system in rooms
Mego, Roman ; Michal, Vratislav (referee) ; Frýza, Tomáš (advisor)
The master’s thesis aims to design an access control system using the RFID technology. The system should reduce security risks associated with its use. While working on project two devices were created. First is the access terminal operating on frequency of 13.56 MHz and second is the RFID reader for PC operating at frequency 125 kHz. Software for devices was created as well as system control application for PC. The document contains an overview of the RFID principles and possibility of implementation access control system. Next part of the project describes in detail step by step the process of designing electrical circuit for system parts. Last part talks about realized software, libraries which are used and the system control application for PC.
Light system control via powerline communications
Rumíšek, Tomáš ; Michal, Vratislav (referee) ; Frýza, Tomáš (advisor)
The thesis deals with the design and implementation of smart house lighting. In the living parts of the house, the light intensity is maintained at a constant level which is set by the user. The intensity of lighting can be set manually for each room from a central module with a user interface. It can also be changed by any remote control directly in the room in which the user is currently located. When the remote control is used, the information about the change of light intensity is transmitted to the central module. For communication between the central module and the luminaires, the existing power lines are used.
