Director's personality in the process of effective managing and developing school of the arts

The dissertation work is focused on directing the School of the Arts in a complex period of curricular reform of music education and on director's personality as key participant currently implementing transformation process and as guarantor of qualitative functionality and long-term successful development of the school. The dissertation work shows an overview of contemporary approaches, paradigms and whole structure of management and areas of managerial work, which closely relates to process of reform, such as directing changes, managing knowledge and talent management. The dissertation work points out meaning of knowledgeable and conscious managing people especially the leadership. The dissertation work brings result of empirical examination, which declares opinions of directors on substantial personal characteristics of manager and about their experiences with activities realized in connection with up-to-date process of directing internally planned changes.
Motivation of Pedagogic Employees in Elementary Art Schools in Relation to School Management

4 Résumé: Incentives of pedagogic employee in elementary art schools depending on management of schools This bachelor work examines the issues of incentives of pedagogic employee in elementary art schools. This paper aims at analysing of the situation in the field of motivating of pedagogic employee in selected schools, checking whether there are some new natural relations in the field of motivating of pedagogic employee related to satisfaction of Maslow needs, which could be used for motivating of pedagogic employee in practice. The research part specifies two research issues. The first research issue discusses whether the pedagogic employees are motivated in conformity with the factors they regard as really motivating. The second research issue stems from assumption mentioned in bibliography and generally speaking it serves to verification of the first issue. It addresses whether the motivating factors, which stimulate satisfaction of the needs of one of five levels of Maslow pyramid, are most important for each pedagogic employee or whether the motivating factors, which stimulate satisfaction of needs related to more levels of Maslow pyramid, are the most important for each pedagogic employee. Managing of elementary school of the arts during the curricular reform

The doctorate work has a theoretical-empirical nature and is focused on the problems from the area of school management. The work deals with the management of elementary school of the arts in a period of curricular reform of elementary music education. Theoretical part outlines ways out for investigation of selected problems which are connected with management of transformational changes in elementary schools of the arts. The work offers view of up-to-date attitudes and paradigms of management, its structure and content and points out the spectrum of leadership styles and people motivation. The work deals with creative way of direction, leadership, which compares with operative direction, and managerial problems: change management, knowledge management and talent management. The work surveys range of obligations and responsibilities of the director of elementary school of the arts and handles with some factors connected to his personality, such as authority, competences, self-management and self-motivation. Marketing communication in the selected company

The theme of this bachelor thesis is marketing communication in the selected company. The thesis is divided into two main parts, the theoretical one and practical one. The theoretical part was based on studying technical literature and the term marketing and its main tools, which are called marketing mix, are explained there. The practical part contains analysis of individual tools of marketing mix in chosen restaurant. For the purposes of this analysis was created electronic questionnaire, in which customers of the restaurant could comment on offered services and their quality. Based on the results of the questionnaire were made proposals for better use of marketing tools.
