Personal branding and it’s position in networking

This Master's Thesis focuses on the role of personal networks and importance of its use in business development. It details the role of personal branding in networking. There are two main sources of research used in the work: financial and business data of 10 networking clubs based in Prague as well as the collected information from in-depth interviews with the entrepreneurs. Analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data enable the author to draw correlation between the elements of the personal brand and its effects on the results of networking.
Product Design by Running Lean method

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the issue of designing and placing software products on the market by Running Lean method and on this basis, to develop a methodology for a particular company forplacing their products on the market. In the introduction, there is introduced the studied company and specified the structure of this thesis. In the theoretical part, there are presented the specifics of marketing software products and methods that are used to placing them on the market. The practical part describes the designed methodology of placing the product on the market in the studied company. In the conclusion, there is provided a preview on the success of this product's design and there are also described possible changes and improvements for the future.
