The analysis of credit options to purchase housing

The Bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of financial resources to purchase property for housing in the Czech Republic. The analysis is applied to four model situations which each client representing various segments of society with different incomes, costs of living and different age. All model situations have the same investment intention. Key information about clients were entered into the bank software calculators for a rough calculation of the client's creditworthiness. Based on the outputs of the calculators, the bank offers of mortgage loans were processed for the clients (if the client appeared to be sufficiently creditworthy). The results of model situations depend on the methodology for calculating the creditworthiness of each bank and on specific requirements of banks. The resulting interest rate may vary depending on the loyalty programs of banks and other competitive tactics. From offers of mortgage loans was selected for each client offer with the lowest interest rate, lowest costs bound to the establishment of loan and a satisfactory length of the loan.
How culture affects business - case study of Chinese culture

The objective of this thesis is analysis of cultural factors which affect and also influence trade relations. Cultural differences and importance of culture itself in business is in the forefront of the study. Theoretical part focuses on broad concept of culture and its perception. Moreover, description of different cultures, habits and their associated elements are discussed as being relevant for the purpose of the study. Danish sociologist Geert Hofstede made significant contribution in the field and his five dimensions of culture are considered in following part. Talking about the practical part of this paper, extensive interest is focused on case studies from China; the cultural specific about Chinese culture and their influence within business sphere and negotiation among China and European countries. To conclude, in regards based on literature research, Chinese culture plays a principal role in Chinese business and it affects the business negotiation with Chinese partners.
Foreign exchange rate and its impacts on the competitiveness of the czech economy

Thesis deals with the exchange rate and how it effects the competitiveness of the czech economy. In the thesis are described basic characteristics, structure and role of the exchange rate. In the first part are characterized teoretical basics of the given problem and necessary bases for the practical part of the thesis. Practical part is focused on the development of the exchange rate in the Czech Republic, its changes and the causes of these changes. The development of the exchange rate is organized into several periods since the foundation of the Czech Republic and on the charts are described the events that accompanied this development. It is outlined how its changes and fluctuations are reflected in the economic development of the country and in its competitiveness.
Financial Analysis of Chosen Company

The thesis is focused on financial analysis of the chosen company, which is Jaroměřická mlékárna, a. s. The financial situation of this company will be evaluated during period 2005 - 2014. In the theoretical part is described the characteristic of financial analysis, its users, data sources for financial analysis and its partial methods. This part is followed by the practical part, in which the company first is introduced. Following by using absolute indicators with help of horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements and analysis of relevant ratios. Based on the results of mentioned indicators will be evaluated financial statement of the company and suggested possible recommendation for its future development.
Foreign trade analysis - case study of the Czech Republic exports

This thesis deals with the analysis of Czech foreign trade with emphasis on the export of the following commodities: automotive, brewing industry, glass industry. The work consists of two parts. The first part is theoretical approach of foreign trade, analyzed its meaning, structure and function. There are also mentioned important institutions that affect foreign trade. The second part uses a comparative analysis of monitored already mentioned commodities CZ from four aspects: overview of the industry in the Czech Republic, employment, its history and in terms of export commodity structure.
The development of unemployment in the Czech Republic - Case study of South Moravian region

The bachelor thesis Development of Unemployment in the South Moravia Region between the years 2010 and 2015 deals with the development of unemployment during a given period of time and with the development in individual districts of the South Moravian Region. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis is divided into four sections, which focus on unemployment in general, labour market, impact of unemployment and all instruments of employment policy. The practical part, which is elaborated on the basis of descriptive and comparative methods of research of unemployment in individual districts of the South Moravian Region, has in its introduction a brief characteristics of the South Moravian Region. It is also concerned about a progressive development unemployment in the South Moravian Region with the aim of evaluation of this development from a longer time period perspective. During 5 years of observation has the situation improved both in typically agricultural districts such as Znojmo and Hodonín, and in mostly industrial districts such as Brno or Vyškov. The reason was the significant economical growth in the Czech Republic and the South Moravian Region.
The analysis of unemployment development in the Czech Republic - case study of Moravian - Silesian region

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the development of unemployment in the Moravian-Silesian region between 2010 and 2015. Descriptive and comparative research methods are used in the work. The work is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part of the thesis specific concepts related to the labour market, such as supply and demand in the labour market, are explained. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with unemployment and its various types, the natural rate of unemployment, the measurement of unemployment and risk groups of job seekers. The final part is devoted to active and passive employment policy and its security. The practical part focuses on the characteristics of the Moravian-Silesian region, including its economic, social and demographic situation. Also the strengths and weaknesses of the Moravian-Silesian region are discussed here. The main part of the work consists of a detailed development of unemployment in this region. First of all, the situation of the entire region over the years is evaluated. The following chapters are each devoted to a particular county. The conclusion contains some recommendations for the improvement of the situation on the labour market.
Foreign Trade of the United States of America - case study of automobile industry

The bachelor thesis is focused on foreign trade of the United States of America, concretely on automobile industry. Main goal of the thesis is to analyze foreign trade in the United States with the intention of automobile industry. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part of the thesis firstly deals with a significance of foreign trade and consequently there is described development of foreign trade in terms of economic theories. In the thesis there were used comparative and descriptive methods. Practical part is focused on the analysis of automobile industry in the United States. At the beginning, there are more detaily described exports and imports of the U.S. Within the frame of analysis of automobile industry, the thesis is more closely focused on factors determining the competitiveness in automobile industry in the United States and furthermore it investigates the influence of this sector on employment in the U.S. The research has found that the automobile industry is considered to be one of the most significant industries within the United States because of its economic impact, large employment and geographic reach.
Unemployment development in the Czech Republic - case study of Rakovník

A summary of this bachelor thesis deals with developments in unemployment in the Czech Republic: case studies of Rakovník. Unemployment is a closely watched economic indicator. It determines, together with other indicators, HPD, inflation and balance of payments as successful economies. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts for understanding the main problem. First, the concepts of unemployment, its types, causes, extent, risk group of unemployed and consequences. Then there is the labor market; its kinds, unemployment support, labor market policy, the National Reform Programme in the Czech Republic and the solutions for unemployment. The analytic part focuses on unemployment in Rakovnik, as a whole, in 2010 to 2014. It then focuses on what the highest level of education of the unemployed and whether they are women or men. Complete education for a person includes: no schooling or incomplete primary education, primary education, secondary education with a certificate of apprenticeship, secondary education with diploma, higher vocational education and University education.
Unemployment development in the Czech Republic - Case study of Olomouc region

The summary of this bachelor thesis deals with the developments in unemployment in the Czech Republic Case study of Olomouc region. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts for understanding the main problem. The used terms are: unemployment, its types, unemployment causes and consequences of unemployment. The thesis also includes a part which is titled Demographic indicators of the Czech Republic which deals with the birth and death of people in the Czech Republic. The practical part of this bachelor has an introduction that deals with the Olomouc region. The practical part is elaborated on the basis of descriptive and comparative methods of research of unemployment in individual districts of the Olomouc region. Unemployment analysis is processed using tables and graphs, where the main resources of all the tables and graphs are the Czech Statistical Office and Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. The development of unemployment is examined for the resent period with the aim to evaluate of this unemployment development. Unemployment development is positive (the unemployment decreases) in the districts of Olomouc region due to the stable economy and thanks to expanding and building new businesses that recruit new employees.
