Evaluation of the sensitivity of fingers at a group of physiotherapists Objectives: The main objective of this study is to evaluate the sensitivity of the hand, specifically stereognosis and two-point discrimination, with groups of ten physiotherapists and ten participants in the control group of normal population and to identify which of these groups will have a better sensitivity of the hand and fingers. Another objective is to compare the results with the age of all participants and with length practice of physiotherapists. Methods: I used a few simple tests for two-point discrimination (two-point discrimination test) and stereognosis (shapes of objects and their material) to evaluation of sensitivity of fingers for research subjects. The results of a professional group I statistically compared with the results of control group, which was selected from the general population. Results: The results of the first type of sensation, stereognosis, were by a group of physiotherapists in comparison with the control group significantly improved. Individual times of physiotherapists were from the first order of best to the last of the worst always smaller than in the same order in the general population. Jedná se tedy o interpretační neboli kvalitativní výzkum v dané oblasti. Z možných metod kvalitativního výzkumu jsem využila studium dokumentů, pasivní pozorování, pozorování s účastí a aktivní rozhovory. Conduction of low frequency current - TENS - through human tissues

Thesis title: Conduction of low frequency current - TENS - through human tissues Name: Kateřina Černíková The aim of the thesis: The aim of this study is to determine, whether applying low frequency TENS cause the conduction of electrical potential to muscle groups outlaying from the point of irritation. And if the frequency has an influence on the conduction. Subjects and Methods: Application of low-frequency current, namely transcutaneous electrical neurostimulation, in the frequencies of 45 Hz, 121 Hz and 235 Hz - on the paravertebral muscles, on the left side of the body. It's a pilot study involving 6 probands (1 man, 5 women) aged 20-30 years. Electrical activity was measured by surface electromyography. Spectral analysis carried out in the Master MyoResearch XP program was used to evaluate the measured data. Results are graphed for clarity. Results: It was confirmed that the condution of electrical potential in the organism exceeds the site of stimulated muscle. However, these are a very low values to be used in clinical practice. This conduction varies according to the applied frequency. With higher frequencies, electrical current gets more to outlying muscle groups. Furthermore, it was found that the frequency of applied current doesn't appears in the used frequency, but in its multiples....

It is appropriate to use ,, sternoskapularni line "PFI vysetfovani neck area? That will be the main question of this study. Cile : The aim of practical part is to find out what the connection between painful condition in the cervical region and the mutual position of the blade and clavicle. The general part I will try to summarize most important theoretical knowledge on the topic. The solution of the method: The experiment will attend 30 probands with a painful syndrome of cervical backbone of a similar number of probands without such difficulties. SOUHRN Název: Deskripce fyzioterapeutického postupu u pacientů s cervikokraniální symptomatikou léčených pro neurotickou poruchu v Psychiatrické léčebně Bohnice Název v angličtině: Description ofphysiotherapeutic process ofpatiens with cervicocranial symptomology treated for neurotic disorder in psychiatrie clinic Bohnice Cíle práce: Cílem práce je, na základě popisu chodu oddělení pavilonu 3 v Psychiatrické léčebně Bohnicích (PLB), zjistit terapeutické přístupy k pacientům s cervikokraniální (CC) symptomatikou. Dále navrhnout změny, které by zlepšily kvalitu poskytované péče v PLB v oblasti fyzioterapie. Metody: Rešeršní zpracování tématu a deskripce fyzioterapeutického postupu u pacientů s CC symptomatikou léčených pro neurotickou poruchu v PLB na pavilonu 3. Deskripce je provedena na základě vlastního začlenění se do terapeutického týmu pavilonu 3. Výsledky: Z kazuistické deskripce vyšlo najevo, že individuální fyzioterapie je u pacientů s CC symptomatikou a neurotickou poruchou přínosem v celkové terapii. Dále z kazuistik vyplynulo, chceme-li, aby fyzioterapie byla součástí komplexního přístupu k pacientovi, je vhodné, aby byl fyzioterapeut členem terapeutického týmu. Influence of the Neck Injury to the Postural Function of the Human Body

Název práce: Vliv dysfunkce krční páteře následkem whiplash poranění I. a II. stupně dle klasifikace QTF on WAD na stabilizaci vzpřímeného stoje Title of work: The Impact of Cervical Spine Dysfunction on the Stabilization of the Upright Posture after Whiplash Injury QTF - WAD I. and II. Cíl práce: Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je objektivizace subjektivního pocitu posturální nejistoty v prostoru u pacientů po whiplash poranění. Tato práce má prokázat možný vliv poranění měkkých tkání v oblasti krční páteře typu whiplash na balanční kontrolu pacienta. Metodologie: Diplomová práce má charakter tzv. "pilotního experimentu", v němž byla po dobu tří měsíců sledována pacientka po whiplash poranění II. stupně dle klasifikace QTF on WAD s pocitem posturální nejistoty v prostoru. K subjektivnímu posouzení stavu pacientky byly použity dotazníky hodnotící bolest následkem poranění (Krátká forma dotazníku bolesti McGillovy univerzity, Vizuální analogové škály bolesti). Stav pacientky byl kontrolován pomocí klinického vyšetření hodnotícího stav pohybového aparátu se zaměřením na krční region a neurologického vyšetření hodnotícího funkci struktur, které se podílejí na balanční kontrole organismu. Souhrn Název práce: Poranění měkkých tkání na rukách ve volném lezení Název práce v angličtině: Soft Tissue Injuries in the Hands ofRock Climbers Cíle práce: 1. cílem této práce je shrnout a zhodnotit dostupnou literaturu o poraněních měkkých tkání ruky při horolezectví z hlediska diagnostiky, léčby a prevence 2. uvést přehled zranění typických pro volné lezení, jejich prevalenci a mechanismus vzniku Metody: Rešeršním zpracováním zachytit nejčastější úrazy rukou ve volném lezení, diagnostiku a léčbu. Výsledky: Nejčastějšími poraněními na rukách ve volném lezení jsou léze šlachových poutek. Poranění z přetížení jsou častější, než akutní úrazy. V mechanismu vzniku poranění hraje velkou roli způsob úchopu. Nejvíce rizikovým pro vznik poranění je tzv. crimp grip (závěrný úchop). Dodržení klidového režimu je předpokladem úspěšné léčby poranění. Tejpování je velmi důležitým způsobem fixace a to především ve fázi doléčení poranění. Nemá preventivní význam.
