Object is a single-storey building and basementless. Entry to the building is on the northwest side. The main living rooms are located to the southwest. The property includes a garage of one parking space. Perimeter and interior bearing walls are designed from solid wood panels NOVATOP SOLID 124 mm. The roof construction is formed in part by wooden trusses and the second part of the lamellar glued wood beams GL28H. The house is covered with a shed roof, roof planes inclinations are 5 ° and 8 °.

The subject of this diploma work is the new building of a family house at Boží Dar town, that is situated in the mountain resort. The family house has a cellar, it is two storied with an attic apartment. The building is devided into three units . The first unit is found on the first floor and is designed as an apartment. The other units are situated in the attic and are designed for a short-term or long-term renting. The house is designed of cut bricks with a ceramic ceiling construction. The perimeter wall is thermally insulated with a contact insulating system and partly covered with a stony facing. There is a saddle-shaped roof on the house. The building site is sloping north-east. All constructions are in accordance with the valid regulations and ČSN standards.

Master thesis „Multifunctional Building“ is composed in the form of project documentation. Designed building is situated close to the Svitava river. The supporting structure in the basement is designed from shutter shaped pieces Best and the other storages from the system Ytong. The armoured concreted slab is designed for the ceilings. The roof is drawn as platform. The whole building will be insulated for recommended values. The facade in the first storage is designed as ventilated Novabrick and in the other storeys the facade will be from plaster Cemix. The building has three storages and partly basement. The building consists of centre for rehabilitation, shop and three flats. The drawings are compiled in CAD program.

The proposal places emphasis on the static solution, building layout, fire safety, energy saving and safety in use. Dawings have been processed in software for design – Nemetschek Allplan.

The subject of my thesis work is the solution for thermal insulation of the house and price analysis. The theoretical part will deal with the issue of prices, costs, costing, financing and construction materials that will bring cost savings on top. In the practical part, directly focus on the family house in the village Svárov. If we analyze the cost of fuel at present and suggest solutions that can reduce these costs. Next, calculate the payback time, according to the type of financing and amount of state subsidies from the Green Savings Fund.

The building garage, office and residential terraces partially protrude from the main body of the house. The house is designed as a brick building from the ceramic blocks, ceiling structures are reinforced concrete. The roof is gabled main mass with eccentric ridge. Over the working place is designed shed roof. Above the garage flat ply roof. The land is longitudinal, long side oriented SW-NE direction. Slightly sloping, downward from the road. All structures comply with the applicable standards and recommendations ČSN.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a detached house. The object is located in the town of Drahobuz in a flat terrain, and it is conceived for families of four members. The family house is designed as a stand-alone, one-floor, partly made cellar, with a attic. There is also a workshop of PC servis in the house. The main entrance is at the level of the 1st floor located to northl. The main rooms are oriented to the south. Vertical structures are made of ceramic blocks. The ceiling construction is made of bricks with miako inserts and ceramic concrete joists. The detached house is topped by a gabled roof. The project was prepared using the computer program ArchiCAD. When processing, the emphasis was put on the correct layout, architectural solutions, static requirements and safe use of the building.

Ceilings are made from clays parts. On the basement there is a garage, a cellar rooms, a utility room, and a staircase. On the first floor there is a first flat. In the first flat is a hall, a child`s room, a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. Next, on the first floors is a bicycle room, a kiln-drying, a storage, a cleaning room, the entrance hall and a staircase. In the second floor there is second and third flats. In the second flat is a hall, a child`s room, a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. In the third flat is a hall, a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. The third floor is the same as second floor.
