Solution technology of production body of model "Těleso"-part to CAD/CAM in condition firm Armo Metal Brno.
Gulda, Jiří ; Madaj, Martin (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The Project contains the information about the production of pattern for body with using CAD/CAM system SolidWorks, Surfcam. Three-dimensional Cad SolidWorks makes a full suggestion of existing part or formation. Machining software Surfcam makes computer preparation possible to 3-axis machining, project of cut tools, generation of NC codes with postprocesing for control system Heidenhain iTNC 530 and machining on MCV 1210 CNC. Surfcam system makes a check on trajectory of toll and notices clashes with pattern or fixture.
Construction of turning tool with insert for internal turning
Franko, Matej ; Madaj, Martin (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
My work focuses on a brief general description of the turning, the basic proce-dures for structures inside the body for turning tool with insert for internal turn-ing Describes in detail the parameters for the choice of the blade sections. At the end of the transfer base for calculating the body blade design and technical and economic evaluation.
Solution production of step guide pulley.
Svoboda, Lukáš ; Madaj, Martin (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
This essay is totalled by summary of theoretical and computational knowledge for processing the desing of step guide pulley production. Essay provides entire desing of production both for serial and unit production of spare parts, including economic evaluation of both options and the total comparison of serial and supplementary production.
A Proposal for a Methodology of a Knee Joint Replacement Tibial Plate 3D Model Creation
Kutálek, Lukáš ; Sedlák, Josef (referee) ; Madaj, Martin (advisor)
This thesis describes the design methodology of the 3D model of the tibial plate. The paper briefly describes the anatomy of a knee joint, the current surgery operation process current tibial components and modeling procedure of the tibial plate for a specific pacient. A physical model was made by means of Rapid Prototyping.
Drilling tools
Režný, Tomáš ; Madaj, Martin (referee) ; Humár, Anton (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis is focused on drilling tolls in term of classification, marking, materials, usage, modern trends of development, and production from prestigious pro-ducers in constructional and materials area.
Strength analysis of cutting tools
Petrlíková, Helena ; Madaj, Martin (referee) ; Zouhar, Jan (advisor)
This work is focused on the stress-strain analysis of a cutting tool. At the beginning, the study of available literature and scientific articles relating the topic is carried out. The solution of stresses and strains in whole real system has been carried out based on the computational simulation using the finite element method (FEM). The work contains a detailed description of the creation of the computational model. Model of geometry of the system has been created in the SolidWorks program. Computational simulation including the solution was implemented in the ANSYS Workbench program as well as in the classical environment of ANSYS 12.0. This work includes the presentation of results and subsequent stress-strain analysis of the cutting tool. Last part of this work deals with the modal analysis and harmonic analysis of cutting tools made in classical environment of ANSYS program.
CAD aplications in rapid prototyping
Pešek, Ondřej ; Madaj, Martin (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
This thesis describes and compares the characteristics of CAD applications with respect to the use of rapid prototyping technology. The first part introduces the basic principles and methods of 3D printing technology and outlines current developments in this area. The second section describes the comparison CAD applications and their capabilities. The last section is devoted to key features of CAD systems. It is a comparison of available options, evaluation and recommendations.
Tools for CNC milling centres
Konečný, Petr ; Madaj, Martin (referee) ; Humár, Anton (advisor)
This thesis is focused on milling tools for CNC milling centers. The first chapter of this thesis deals with a short theory of milling and the characteristics of CNC milling center. In next chapter are divided and described milling tools in terms of use and construction. This chapter also describes tool materials, clamping, coating and marking of these tools. The practical part is devoted to production assortment of mills from major producers. It is an analysis, description and evaluation of assortments of these producers. For this purpose were selected companies Sandvik Coromant and Pramet Tools.
Test hardness and application on the conditions of engineering company.
Černohousová, Pavla ; Madaj, Martin (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is in the first part theoretical part clearly describe the development, types and basic principles of hardness tests. The practical part consists of some of these tests applied to the collected samples. The results are then processed and evaluated.
A Proposal for a Methodology of a Knee Joint Replacement Femoral Part 3D Model Creation
Kodys, Martin ; Sedlák, Josef (referee) ; Madaj, Martin (advisor)
The aim of the Diploma Thesis is to propose the methodology of a 3D model creation of a femoral part of a knee joint replacement. As the knee joint is the most loaded joint of the human body, the function, description and biomechanics relation is described in first part of the Thesis. The second part is focused on degenerative damage of knee joints that leads to the implantation of standard knee joint replacements. The third part deals with the construction of standard knee joint replacements and their surgery implantation. The last part of the Thesis describes the creation of an individual knee joint replacement, especially the femoral part.
