Its aim is to describe and analyze the quality of life of patients in different periods of illness. Furthermore, to evaluate any changes in perceptions of quality of life of patients after 30 years by comparing the answers of respondents in the research in 1988 and 2010. Evaluation of somatic area was carried out by the UW-QOL questionnaire, value aspects were determined using the method SEIQoL. Comparison if the different social conditions and the past 30 years were reflected in the perception of illness and quality of life offers renovated questionnaire according to responses from the research of 1988.
