Relationship between the supply and the demand of „U Cvičáku“ restaurant in Liberec

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out whether the supply of U Cvičáku restaurant in Liberec corresponds to the needs and demands of its customers and, based on the obtained data, to suggest improvements of the restaurant marketing tools, which would increase customer satisfaction and alternatively attract new customers. The theoretical part gives basic information on hospitality and marketing. The practical part includes an analysis of the restaurant marketing mix and a marketing research in the form of group discussion with customers. The obtained results are compared in the last chapter and, based on the findings, improvements of the restaurant marketing tools are suggested.
Attendance development of Czech spa from 1993 to 2015

The master's thesis deals with attendance development of czech spa from 1993 to 2015 according to various segmentation criteria. In the theoretical part, basic terms related to the spa are specified. At first is defined health tourism, spa and product of spa. Further, statistical indicators of attendance and factors influencing attendance development are given. The practical part is focused on analysis of attendance according to age of patients, method of payment and indication groups from 1993 to 2015. The conclusion summarizes essential findings which were discovered in this thesis.
The Position of South Korea in Inbound Tourism of Asia and Pacific Region

This diploma thesis analyses the position of South Korea in inbound tourism of macro-region Asia and Pacific. The main purpose is to evaluate the current and future potential of South Korea's inbound tourism and to define the position of South Korea in inbound tourism of the region based on detailed statistical analysis and competitiveness evaluation of South Korea. Firstly, South Korea was analysed from the political and economical perspective and later on the thesis focused on preconditions of tourism and tourist regions folowed by statistical analysis of the inbound tourism indicators. Moreover, the tourist arrivals of Czech citizens to South Korea were analysed. The competitiveness of South Korea was evaluated based on GCI and TTCI indexes. Lastly, the future development of international arrivals to South Korea was predicted based on regression analysis.
Incoming tourism to Vietnam

The main aim of this work is to analyse the development of incoming tourism in Vietnam and subsequently evaluate the commercialization of this destination. In the theoretical part of the work we will find the definition of theoretical concepts from the field of tourism, such as tourism, visitor, destinations or primary and secondary tourism supply, a large portion is also paid to the typology of tourism. The practical part is in the first part devoted to characteristics of Vietnam, in terms of economy, culture, history and, of course, from the perspective of the attractions and amenities of tourism destinations. In the following section the evolution of inbound tourism, the impact of incoming tourism on the gross domestic product and unemployment and the expenditure of foreign tourists is analysed. The fourth chapter contains the survey focused on perception and awareness of the Czechs about Vietnam and on their potential interest in travelling to this country.
Possible applications of Asian medicinal methods on the spa tourism and wellness market in the Czech Republic.

This thesis deals with the possible application Asian curative methods on the market of spa tourism and wellness in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into five chapters, theoretical and practical. The aim of this work is to define Indian culture in the area of treatment and relaxation in the context of historical development and measure of use in the domestic tourism. Partial aims of this thesis are analysis of utilization Indian therapeutical technique and facilities dedicate these procedures in the Czech Republic. The introductory chapter is devoted to definitions tourism and health tourism. The second chapter is focused on spa tourism and the third chapter is devoted to wellness and quality of life. The fourth chapter is oriented on India, ayurveda and typical methods of usage ayurvedic massage. In the last chapter is description of situation in the Czech Republic, centres concentrated on ayurveda are mentioned and there is also questionnaire construction and in conclusion there are some proposed attractive products.
Business plan of organic farm in Czech Republic

The aim of this diploma thesis is to prepare a business plan of an organic farm in Czech Republic. Family business produces high quality agriculture products, as lamb meat, organic milk and other organic milk products. In addition a family company will operate accommodation and restaurant in the four star boarding house. Theoretical part is focused on the term entrepreneurship and justification of necessity for making business plan. Other chapters are devoted to sustainable development, eco-agro tourism and its interconnection to organic agriculture. The chapter about organic agriculture presents its principles and briefly deals with the history and legislation. Practical part includes business plan, which is based on the results of situation analysis. Business proposal of the organic farm is divided into general description of family business, marketing part and financial part.
The tourism industry of the microregion Blatensko

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to characterize the microregion Blatensko, especially the potential of its territory. The theoretical part includes the basic terms of the issue and presents the author's own method used for evaluation of the territorial potential. Futher the basic information, important personalities and legends of the microregion Blatensko are presented. The practical part is focused in detail on offer of Blatensko as a final destination. In conclusion the potential is evaluated and suggestions for effective support for tourism development are given. The aim was achieved by analysis of data obtained from the professional publications concerning this issue, consultations with experts as well as creating own method for evaluation of the Blatensko area. The bachelor thesis contributes to reveal shortcomings in the field of the tourism industry and determines potential areas for development. Therefore, it is a suitable basis for further studies of the potential and especially for creating projects and implementation of appropriate measures to improve the tourism development in the microregion Blatensko.
