Multifunctional building

The diploma thesis deals with the design and elaboration of the project documentation of a polyfunctional house with a café in Kyjov. The new building is located in the northern part of the city. It is a 4 floor object, partlial basement building with a saddle roof. The house is based on plain concrete slabs. The supporting peripheral and internal masonry is designed from POROTHERM brick blocks. In the cafeteria, an open layout is proposed using beams and columns. Ceiling structures are designed from the POROTHERM MIAKO system. The roof structure is designed with a truss with sheet metal cover. The perimeter walls in the 1PP are designed from blocks of loose formwork filled with concrete, which are insulated with extruded polystyrene. The building is functionally divided into 2 parts, each with its own entrance. The café is equipped with a vestibule, its own café, toilet for women and men with cabins for handicapped visitors and a background with a storeroom, dressing room and WC with a hall. The residential part consists of 4 garages and 6 apartments, 2 of which are adapted for the handicapped. The object is designed with natural ventilation. The object is barrier-free. In front of the building is proposed a parking space for 9 seats, 2 of which are designed for handicapped and 2 for apartment owners.

he diploma thesis prepares the documentation for permission of the construction of the town building in Ivančice.This is a building modification of the building.The object will be insulated from the outside of the polystyrene tl. 200 mm and thus the external dimensions of the building are changed to 18,855x15,955 m. The building will be roofed with a honeycomb roof on the crown system. The main entrance to the building is from the south side, behind which is a doorway allowing access to a room with a refreshment sitting and further to the entrance hall where there is a lift barrier and a two-line straight staircase allowing access to 2NP.On the left side of the elevator there is a corridor leading to technical rooms and cloakrooms for employees. From the entrance hall there is access to the closets for the public, computer rooms and staff backgrounds. After entry from the entrance hall to the entrance hall there is a toilet for the disabled and also access to social facilities separated separately for men and women. The sanitary facility for men includes two separate WC cabins, a hallway, a separate enclosed room with a urinal, a washroom with a cleaning room. Sanitary facilities for women include two separate closable WC cabins, a hall and a washroom. From the entrance there is access to the corridor allowing to the cloakroom for staff as well as to the washroom and toilet for the staff. When designing changes, emphasis was placed on preserving the original appearance of the building. The layout of the building has changed. The object meets the prescribed standards and regulations

Thesis elaborates project documentation for new residential building in Prague 8 - Karlín. The building has five floors without a basement. In 1.NP are located collective garages for cars, garage - parking for bicycles and motorcycles, a cellar for residential units and the main entrances to the building. 2.NP - 5.NP is reserved for housing. The apartment building has three types of units with different layout arrangement - 2 + kk, 3 + kk, 4 + kk and one unit for persons with disabilities. Each apartment has its own entrance to the balcony. Inputs to the roof are placed above the 5th floor Foundations are designed as footings under reinforced concrete columns with a combination of the base plate. The building is in 1.NP reinforced concrete combined with brick infills. 2.NP - 5.NP is brick. The roof is designed flat.

The topic of this dissertation is a new building of Multifunctional building in Třebíč on parcelas number 1237, 1238, 1239. The Multifunctional building is situated on nursery sloping terrain. It´s designed as a four-floor house without a cellar. Ground plan size of the object are 15,35 m x 44,3 m. Parapet is situated 12,95 m high over the first floor. The building is build on a concrete foundations. From the point of view of construction the building is combination of a concrete breeze-block which are in ground floor and ceramic breeze-block which are in another floor of the building. Ceiling is designed from prefabricated filigran floor slab produced out of special liapor concrete. Staircase is iron-concrete with ceramic pavement. The object is roofed with flat roof which is drain of water using roofdrain.

This diploma thesis solves a project Sports and wellness center. This object is located on land number 1241/549, 1241/571in cadastral office Velké Bílovice. The plot is located on a street Podivínská in Velké Bílovice. Velké Bílovice are smaller town in South Moravia. The building has two floors ane one underground floor. The building is constructed of brick systém SUPERTHERM HELUZ. The perimeter wall is constructed from ceramic blocks HELUZ STI 49. Ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete. The building offers three squash courts, a fitness center, snack bar, sauna with massage. The entire building is expected movement of persons with reduced mobility. The roof is flat and angled wooden beam. Entrance doors and window are Aluminium

Home for the enderly people

The thesis is focused on newly built home for the elderly people in cadastre of Vlkanec village, in Kutna Hora district. The building area is rectangular shaped, with entrance to the area situated from local tarmac road. The house is designed for barrier-free housing of forty people in twenty- six apartments. The house includes common area for providing services for local residents and residents of neighboring villages. The services provided are to be catering services, general practitioner’s office and hair/nail salon. The object consists of service building, living facilities, joined to main building as a left and a right wing and adjacent terraces. The living facilities have three floors (cellarage and two above floors). The utilities, such as laundry room, drying room, boiler room, are situated in the cellar, the apartments and the common areas are in two above-ground floors. Architectural solution of the house is outlined so it uses mostly traditional natural building material (brick, stone, wood, metal) in its inherit color. Furthermore, the project is dealing with rain water management, local communications, such as the road, car park and pavements.

The building will be situated by the village Slupečná near the Lipno dam and located on the land that slopes to the south. It’s designed as a separately standing, four-storey. The technology of implementation is a brick. The construction system is designed as a longitudinal wall system stiffened in the transverse direction inner supporting walls. The concrete breeze blocks from the company BS Klatovy are used as main building material. Basic constructions are designed as planar and out of plain concrete and reinforced concrete. Stiff reinforced concrete prefabricated and prefamonolitic ceiling constructions from the company BS Klatovy are designed. Roofing is designed with tilt roof. The bearing construction is made up of purlin system of wood truss. Height of the roof ridge, including the covering is +13.650 m (considering relative height of 0.000). The height of the chimney head is +14.400 m. Profiled metal roof covering Lindab Goodlock is designed.
