Economic Development of Enterprise in Relation to the Implementation of Innovation
MATYÁŠ, Michal
The aim of this work is to asses the economic evolution of the enterprise considering the phases of its business life cycle and the innovative activities. The data included in this work represent AGRIO MZS s.r.o., which is mid-large manufacturing company operating on the field of agricultural machinery. This paper adopts quantitive methods such as comparison of return on assets, return on sales, return on equity and other profitability or activity ratios since the founding of the company in 1993. Presented calculations are based on economical reports available in the public register as well as on the management accounting provided by the company itself.
Position accuracy assessment of underground water courses in ZABAGED
Matyáš, Michal ; Lysák, Jakub (advisor) ; Šára, Pavel (referee)
Positional accuracy assessment of underground water courses in ZABAGED Abstract The aim of this bachelor thesis is to provide a comprehensive view of underground water courses through the eyes of a topographer and a cartographer with an emphasis on the evaluation of the position representation of this phenomenon. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the detailed introduction to ZABAGED datasets and to the research of other foreign topographic databases with an emphasis on the representation and display of underground water courses on topographic maps of medium and large scale. In the second part of the thesis, there are presented five basic methods of comparison of positional accuracy of lines in geoinformation systems. The practical part of the thesis includes a proposal of typology of underground water courses, as a comprehensive concept of different types of underground water courses, which is used for the correct evaluation of the position accuracy analysis on the selected relevant sample of the underground water courses in ZABAGED in the last part of this work. Keywords: underground water course; positional accuracy; topographic database
Relations and Coordination Mechanisms in the Czech Economic System
Matyáš, Michal ; Mlčoch, Lubomír (advisor) ; Pazderník, Roman (referee)
The paper examines the development of relations in the Czech business system in the period of economic transformation. It identifies three different types of firms which adopt different strategies and approaches towards internal and external relations. These are foreign-owned companies, small and medium enterprises owned by Czech investors and former socialist state enterprises privatized by Czech investors. Considering external relations, the main groups consist of business partners, financial capital providers and to some extent owners. Managers and employees are the most important internal actors. These relations are studied in connection with the institutional change that has been taking place since 1989.
Hustotní profil a jeho vliv na vlastnosti třískových desek
Matyáš, Michal
The goal of this thesis is to determine properties of manufactured particleboards with different percent content of recycled wood. The objective was to determine density values, thickness swelling, moisture content, internal bonding, bending properties and vertical density profile of particleboards. The research question was to report the effect of different percent content of recycled wood on final properties of particleboard. The own method was established and various particleboards produced. The properties of materials were tested according to EN standards and by descriptive statistics, analysis of variance (ANOVA) and linear regression evaluated. In summary in research it was observed that percent content of recycled wood has little impact on final properties of particleboard, although there were several factors which may have affected these results. These factors are described in this thesis.
Classification of built-up areas for cartographic generalization of state map series
Matyáš, Michal ; Lysák, Jakub (advisor) ; Bayer, Tomáš (referee)
This diploma thesis deals with the topic of automatic classification of buildings. The main goal of this diploma thesis was to design an algorithm for the identification of building types for the purposes of cartographic generalization. For the purposes of this diploma thesis, a total of six types of development were defined with respect to different generalization of individual types on ZM 50. The first part of the proposed method is represented by an algorithm for segmenting buildings into clusters based on the use of already generalized road network and DBSCAN algorithm. The partial goal of this diploma thesis was to compare classifiers from the field of machine learning and neural networks and at the same time to compare classifiers using descriptive characteristics with classifiers using visual assessment. The resulting classifications were evaluated using data from a manually selected training set and using an algorithm comparing the resulting type of development with the type of cartographic representation used to represent the development on ZM 50. The whole method was implemented in Python using Arcpy, Scikit-learn and Tensorflow libraries. Testing took place on elements from the ZABAGED and Data50 databases. Možnosti použití dřevotřískové desky jako jádra sendvičového kompozitu
Matyáš, Michal
The goal of bachelor thesis is to determine properties of manufactured wood -- based composite panels with particleboard core a different facing overlays. The objective was to determine panel density, thickness swelling, internal bonding and bending properties. The thesis also include general review of the sandwich composite panels manufacturing. The research question was to report effect of different facing material on bending properties considering two level of densities. The own method was established and various sandwich panels produced. The properties of materials were tested according to EN standards and by descriptive statistics and analysis of variance (ANOVA) evaluated. In summary in research were observed that covering material significantly improved bending properties of particleboard, however these properties are also greatly affected by core density.
Webová aplikace pro testování obchodních strategií a predikci časových řad
Matyáš, Michal
This diploma thesis deals with the creation and testing of trading strategies based on technical analysis and prediction of time series using neural networks. The the-oretical part introduces the reader to basic methods of market analysis, especially with technical analysis. In the practical part there are analyzed available options for testing trading strategies and designed functions and structure, which are used to implement web application.
