Petra Lukešová Supervisor: PhDr. Aleš Kaplan, Ph.D. Aims of the dissertation: The main goal of the thesis is evaluation of physical shape of the elite Prague woman basketball team on the basis of repeated tests in intentionally chosen preparatory period. Methodology of work: Primary the thesis focuses on evaluation of conditional preparedness of elite basketball players in chosen condition preparatory periods for seasons 2001/2002, 2002/2003 and 2012/2013. The first method to discover basic figures was elementary anthropometric measuring where we determined the weight and height. Moreover we calculated the BMI. For the evolvement of conditional preparedness we selected the test battery of field tests. These tests differ from each other in content through the chosen periods. At the end of the preparatory condition period the laboratory test on the track ergometer was incorporated. The physical composition of the elite basketball players was found out within the laboratory test using the methods that are described in the methodology. Furthermore the lactate was taken. Eating Disorders

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create an eating disorder prevention program. The thesis particularly focuses on the eating disorder problems during adolescence and early adulthood along with the explanation and specification of basic terms, history and cause of the disorder. A strong emphasis is placed on the possibilities of the prevention. A qualitative research was carried out within the scope of this thesis and it brought useful data about the students and their knowledge of the eating disorder problems. Three secondary schools in Southern Bohemia participated in the research. The full return rate of the questionnaires and their evaluation helped to draw up the eating disorder prevention program.
The Regeneration as a part of sports training in basketball

The aim of this thesis is to develop a comprehensive of all methods and means of regeneration. The work examines in particular through a questionnaire survey, how and to extent it is used in the regeneration of the top women's basketball leagues. Regeneration is an important factor in quality performance, regeneration takes place more important and makes up a smarter and more complex procedures. Naturally, as well as quality training plan. The survey shows the top basketball league players use more active and passive means of regeneration than lower division players. There is the regeneration of neglected of financial costs, too.
Spreading of Bryozoa Pectinatella magnifica in Třeboňsko region

Pectinatella magnifica is a fresh water invertebrate colonial animal originating from North America which spreading, throughout Europe as well as Asia, has recently reached a characteristics of invasion. Charakter of the colonies, their seasonnal dynamics and other development aspects have been studied at six destinations in South Bohemia (lake Cep, Nový Lipnický pond, Hejtman pond, Nový Kanclíř pond, Vlkov sandpit and Hnevkovice water reservoir). Repeated biomass quantitative collections have been carried out in 10 m transects alongside the shoreline. Also the environmental factors have been found out (temperature, conductivity, water reactions, transparency, trophia, colonies substrate) and charakteristics of individual invaded reservoirs. The list of currently known destinations has been completed with another reservoirs into which the species has spread out.
