Lojek, Daniel ; Machová, Petra (referee) ; Vajkay, František (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to develop project documentation for a new apartment building, which will be located in the town of Jihlava. The building has five floors, of which it has one underground floor and four above-ground floors. In the basement there are cellars, laundry room, cleaning room and utility room. On the upper floors we find apartments, the total number of which is 23. The apartments have different layouts and dimensions. Housing units, besides the first floor, are enriched with balconies, on the fourth floor with a roof terrace. All floors are connected by a staircase and an elevator. There is barrier-free access to the building, and there is also one housing unit for a person with limited mobility and orientation, which is located on the first floor. In front of the building there is a parking lot offering 63 parking spaces, of which there are 5 spaces for people with limited mobility and orientation. The apartment building is based on simple concrete foundation passes. The vertical load-bearing system of the above-ground floors is designed as a brick made of lime-sand blocks. The basement is made of reinforced concrete monolithic walls. The horizontal load-bearing ceiling structures are also made of monolithic reinforced concrete, supplemented in certain places by girders of the same material. The roof structure is made as a flat single-skin roof.

In the underground floor there are garages for parking, a technical room, an air conditioning machine room, a server room, a backup power source and elevator machine rooms. Commercial spaces such as a shop, pharmacy, hairdresser, cafe and reception are available on the first floor with access to the upper floors. An entrance hall with a reception is located on both floors, there are also smaller and larger offices of so-called open space, day and relaxation rooms and sanitary facilities. All floors are connected by a staircase and an elevator, there are two stairwells available. There is wheelchair access to the building. There is also an outdoor parking lot in front of the building, which offers 17 parking spaces and two spaces for people with limited mobility and orientation. The entire building is based on a reinforced concrete monolithic base plate. The structural system is skeletal, filled with masonry made of sand-lime blocks around the perimeter. Inside the building, partitions are made of plasterboard constructions, some are sand-lime, stairwells are reinforced concrete monolithic walls. The underground floor is formed by reinforced concrete monolithic walls around the perimeter. The ceiling structures are also designed from monolithic reinforced concrete, supplemented with ducts in the place of large openings. The roof is made as a vegetation flat single-layer with waterproofing made of PVC foil.
