The bachelor’s thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company TOP PRINT Packaging s.r.o. in the period 2015–2019. The theoretical part defines the individual concepts, methods, indicators, and formulas. The analytical part introduces the selected company and then its analysis is carried out based on the knowledge of the theoretical part. The last part of the thesis analyses the results of the analytical part and proposes measures to improve the financial situation of the company.

The bachelor’s thesis deals with evaluation of the financial situation of the company Chemopalst BEC, a.s. in the monitored period of 2016 to 2019. The first part of the bachelor’s thesis is focused on the theoretical basis, which is necessary for financial analysis. The second part provides basic information about Chemoplast BEC, a.s., and contains an analysis of the financial situation using the methods mentioned in the theoretical part. The last part provides proposals for improvement of the financial situation of the company, based on the results presented in the second part of the thesis.
