Synthesis and study of 6-((7-nitrobenzo[c][1,2,5]oxadiazol-4-yl)amino)hexanoic acid derivatives as transdermal permeation enhancers

Mechanism of action of enhancers is not fully understood. In general the most active enhancers consist of hydrophilic and hydrophobic parts. In this work, we prepared and studied fluorescent permeation enhancers. Fluorescent dye NBD (7-nitrobenzo[c][1,2,5]oxadiazol) is fairly hydrophilic, so we used it as a hydrophilic head of potential enhancers based on dodecyl 6- (dimethylamino)hexanoate (DDAK). Such fluorescent enhancers could help us understand more about the mechanism of action. It enables determination of this enhancer and imaging of its penetration pathways in the skin. We synthesized three esters of 6-((7-nitrobenzo[c][1,2,5]oxadiazol-4-yl)amino)-hexanoic acid (NBD-acid) with ester-linked C8-C12 alkyls. 6-Aminocaproic acid reacted with 4-chloro- NBD and then with a series of alcohols to give us different lengths of alkyl chains. L-band antenna and low noise amplifier

This master thesis is dealing with a system for receiving meteorological images from satellites placed on lower orbit. Furthermore it gives basic information about satellites NOAA, METOP and FY. It also includes derivations of equations, that define minimal requirements for receiving antenna and LNA. From reached parametres, energetic balance for connection of the satellite and Earth is calculated. The main part of the master thesis is designing of low-noise amplifier for L band. LNA is implemented on the substrate FR4 and Arlon DiClad 870, circuit is designed with elements of parametres, which are spread out or concentrated. The last part of the thesis describes design of antenna for reception of meteorological images.

Prague Dependency Treebank as a Czech grammar practice book Prague Dependency Treebank as an exercise book of Czech

Prague Dependency Treebank (PDT) is one of the top language corpora in the world. The aim of this work is to introduce a software system that builds an exercise book of Czech using the data of PDT. Two kinds of exercises are provided: morphology (selecting correct parts of speech and their morphological cathegories) and sentence parsing (selecting analytical functions and dependencies between them). The PDT data cannot be used directly though, because of the differences between the academic approach in sentence parsing and the approach that is used in schools. Some of the sentences have to be discarded completely, several transformations have to be applied to the others in order to convert the original representation to the form to which the students are used to from school.

Influence and Role of the Sudetengerman Organisations in the nineties in the Federal Republic of Germany

Sudetendeutsche Vereine bildeten in den 90er Jahren des 20. Jahrhunderts keine einheitliche Gruppe. In dem Zeitraum nach den revolutionären Umstürzen in der Mittel- und Osteuropa stellten sich die Sudetendeutschen Organisationen verschieden und mit verschiedenen Konzeptionen der Lösung vom historischen Problem, das mit der Vertreibung- Aussiedlung der nationalen Gruppe aus den böhmischen Ländern nach dem zweiten Weltkrieg in den Jahren 1945/1946 zusammenhängt. Die aktivste Organisation ist in der Zeit bis zur Verabschiedung der Tschechisch-deutschen Deklaration die Sudetendeutsche Landsmannschaft gewesen, die Organisationen der Sudetendeutschen Vereine umfasst. Von denen sind die bedeutendsten die katholische Ackermann Gemeinde, die sozialdemokratische Seliger Gemeinde und der national konservative Witikobund gewesen. Die katholische Ackermann Gemeinde hat sich am meisten um Vergleichung von historischen Streitfällen bemüht, dabei hat die Versöhnung mit Tschechen für diese Organisation die Priorität gebildet, die vorrangig vor Ansprüchen an Eigentumsentschädigungen und vor Aufhebung der nachkriegerischen Legislative gewesen ist, die Entrechtung der ganzen nationalen Gruppe und Vorbereitung auf ihre Aussiedlung bedeutet hatte. Input audio preamplifier used for laboratory measurements

This article looks at pre-input low-frequency amplifiers for laboratory work. The task was to study, design and build a fully functional pre-input amplifier for use in low frequency audio technology. In each section, we will discuss the various preamps, which are classified according to signal processing parameters. The construction of each amplifier uses discrete components and operational amplifiers. The second part of the article looks at different measuring devices, such as input sensitivity, transfer characteristics and input impedance etc., which would form part of the amplifier.

Library for Evaluation of Noises Used in Procedural Texturing

The aim of the work is to describe procedural texturing and usage of a noise for creating textures of real materials. The reader will learn the fundamentals of the noise, its properties and a way of using it. Random numbers and interpolation methods are important parts of the noise evaluations, therefore there are chapters about random numbers generating and interpolation methods. Obviously, there is not missing the chapter, which is depicting properties and principles of several methods of creating noise. The main part of this work is effective implementation of library with a chosen noise methods, so next chapters are about choosing methods and design of the interface, implementation and many kinds of tests and optimalizations. Achieved results and final conclusions are at the end of this work.
