This thesis on the topic of The role of the state prosecutor in the preparatory criminal proceedings is trying comprehensively discuss about activities of the state prosecutor in the preparatory criminal proceedings and possibly to point out individual legal shortcomings. The state prosecutor is an important factor and at the same time party of criminal proceedings. The state prosecutor has irreplaceable role in criminal proceedings, because with it is activities affects preparatory criminal proceedings. The role of the state prosecutor in the preliminary criminal proceedings is crucial because it is he, who bears responsibility for its results. The state prosecutor acts in preparatory criminal proceedings as a so-called dominus litis and has against the police very extensive powers. This thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter deals with historical development of Public Prosecutor's Office in the Czech lands since its inception into the present. The second chapter is devoted to the Public Prosecutor's Office and consists of several parts. Is dedicated to definition of the state prosecution, its organization and scope. The impact of migration on social and economic development of the European Union

The goal of this diploma thesis is to describe the tendency of European Union migration. First of all, I define the basic concepts relating to migration and the legislation. I focus on economic, political, social and demographic consequences of the spatial distribution of population. In these consequences, I concern with the impacts on economic variables in different countries of European Union. I will try to explain the impact of migration, advantages or disadvantages and possible solution of this issue. Finally, I refer to the issue of migration in terms of political and economic interest of migrants, such as economic instability and change of living standards, rapid demographic growth, war, religious and ethnic conflicts and environmental degradation.

Sociální a ekonomická analýza rozvoje města Špindlerova Mlýna

The socioeconomic analysis is dedicated to present period. Main point of development is tourist trade, which is supported by cross-border project plans. I evaluate plans, which are dedicated to improve infrastructure. I am concern with the question of financing and the European funds utilization. My other part of the thesis is concentre to cooperation between five Czech municipalities and five Polish municipalities. Their aim is to create "Krkonoše tourist corridor". I also process the information from Questionnaire of inhabitant's satisfaction. My thesis evaluates investment from 2008 and strategic development plan 2007-2010. This strategic plan is dedicated mainly to improve civic amenities, infrastructure development and the new ground plan elaboration. The last part of my work mentions the problems of new highland resort build-up. This plan exceeds the section line of protected territory and it also interferes National park.
