Forms and methods of motivation in construction company
Kabátová, Nicole ; Krejčiřík, Petr (referee) ; Linkeschová, Dana (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on forms and methods of motivation in a construction company. In the first part of the bachelor's thesis I get acquainted with the theory and with the individual basic concepts that are obtained from the literature. In the second part of the work, the so-called empirical, I set hypotheses, which I then verify using a questionnaire survey, which I conducted in construction companies and which is also focused on the forms and methods of motivation in a construction company. Later, I evaluate the controlled interviews that I conducted in two of the surveyed companies. At the end of the work I evaluate the theoretical and empirical part.
Supportless 3D print by 6-axis robotic arm
Krejčiřík, Petr ; Horák, Zdeněk (referee) ; Škaroupka, David (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the solution 3D printing by KUKA robotic arm without realization of supporting structures. The 6-axis KUKA KR 60HA robotic arm allows adjusting 3D printing strategies compared to classical 3D printing concept. The first part of the diploma thesis is about the identification of the current state of knowledge, especially the state of the experimental device for the robotic 3D print. To improve quality of the printed is necessary to modify the printing head and develop the suitable calibration principle. Special printing strategies were designed to rearch the 3D printing overhead volumes without creating support structure. A special alghoritm in the Grasshopper evnironment was developed for generating 3D print trajectory on the body surface. For the quality improvement it is necessary to optimize the process parameters. The final step is experimental 3D printing with the evaluation of surface dimensions, geometric precision and layer coherence in various printing strategies.
The virtual prototype in design process of the machine tool
Krejčiřík, Petr ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis discusses about possibilities of using virtual prototype in design stage of the machine tool. The virtual prototype can be divided into a visual and an analytical model. Both parts of the prototype are possible to analyze with the required criteria and thus obtain an optimal result of proposed object. These analyses effectively reduce costs during the design stage of the machine tool. Using of the virtual prototype ensures that the first manufactured piece is correct according to the required criteria. Compared with an access using a physical prototype is achieved far greater time and financial savings because there are not created non-usable parts.
Community energy for the municipality with population 3 000.
Krejčiřík, P.
The article is focused on community energy and the possibility of use in small communities. It also presents a municipality located in the Zlín region in the Czech Republic and outlines possible community energy proposals for the municipality of Bánov.
Use of plants in historical interiors
Martinek, Jiří ; Krejčiřík, Přemysl
This methodology aims to define, define and characterize in detail a comprehensive set of activities and procedures applicable to work with plants grown in the interiors of buildings with cultural and historical value. The starting point for its creation was an effort to analyze the amount of contemporary materials and information, interpret them, and especially draw attention to this specific segment of human activity, which has not been given due attention in professional circles. Research of the historical context in the field of indoor plant growing is all the more important due to the current requirements of administrators or owners of monument objects to supplement the sightseeing routes with live plants, in an effort to inhabit the historical interior, and thus attract the attention of potential visitors.
