Krejčí, Ondřej ; Cipín, Radoslav (referee) ; Procházka, Petr (advisor)
This master„s thesis elaborates with EC motors problematic. There are described essential features of brushless DC motors, their principles, construction and methods for rotor position detection. There are mentioned commonly used control algorithms of EC motors including theory of three-phase convertors. This thesis also contains a complex design of the universal convertor for EC motor and its practical implementation. Power parts losses calculation, heat-sink calculation and measurements at the convertor prototype are also described in this thesis.

Krejčí, Ondřej ; Tomko, Martin (referee) ; Křivka, Zbyněk (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the creation of software support for educational intermediate codes IPPcode, IFJcode and VYPcode which are used at FIT BUT in courses covering compilers. The aim of this thesis is the creation of an extension for an existing source code editor which adds syntax highlighting, interpreter and debugger for the mentioned intermediate codes. This thesis contains an evaluation of possible editors. Subsequently, it describes options for extending the selected editor Visual Studio Code and the implementation of the extensions.
Realization of small microprocessor controlled converter for stepper motors
Krejčí, Ondřej ; Pochyla, Martin (referee) ; Knobloch, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis the use of stepper motors. The following text provides an overview of different types of stepper motors and explains how these motors work and how they can be controlled. This theoretical knowledge has been used for an electronic circuit design and realization that is focused on stepper motor controlled by a microcomputer Freescale MC56F8025.

DFT simulations of interaction of organic molecules with oriented surfaces
Krejčí, Ondřej ; Kocán, Pavel (advisor) ; Lazar, Petr (referee) ; Palotás, Krisztián (referee)
This thesis concerns my theoretical calculations and simulations in comparison with experimental measurements acquired by means of surface science techniques on bare surfaces and molecules adsorbed on surfaces. In the beginning of the thesis I briefly describe the density functional theory (DFT) method, which is used for calculations of geometric and electronic structure of surfaces and absorbed molecules. It is followed by a quick overview of the scanning probe microscopy (SPM) and X-ray spectroscopy techniques that provided experimental context for my calculations. In the later part of my thesis I introduce publications on which I participated. In these works, direct results of my DFT calculations or simulations based on DFT outputs helped to reveal geometric and electronic structure of acetophenone adsorbed on Si(111) surface, on-surface oligomerized organic molecules and boron atoms used for substitational doping of graphene. The simulations also enable us to probe a laser initiated CO hydrogenation in real time. A big part of my work was the development of some simulation methods for SPM imaging of molecules on surfaces with flexible tip apexes. These simulation methods helped to create a comprehensive overview of SPM techniques performed with flexible tip apexes. 1
Theory of archetypes and using of symbols during branding of insurance companies in Czech Republic
Krejčí, Ondřej ; Machek, Martin (advisor) ; Karlíček, Miroslav (referee)
Theory of archetypes is one of several methods how to find the direction for building and managing of brand. This theory is based on theories C. G. Jung. Main objective of this thesis is to find out how companies on Czech market are using archetypal identity. And whether they have urge to use archetypes or similar approaches. In this thesis are also mentioned other theories, methods and methodologies, which helps with building and managing of brands. Practical part of this thesis is about branding of insurance companies. Main element of this part is quality research, especially interview with experts, which have lot of experience with branding and archetypes. Next part of thesis is focused on analysis of communication strategies of largest insurance companies on Czech market and on analysis of rebranding ING to NN in 2015.
Teoretické výpočty interakce adsorbátu s orientovanými povrchy Si
Krejčí, Ondřej ; Kocán, Pavel (advisor) ; Ondráček, Martin (referee)
In this work I briefly described the basic ideas of density functional theory (DFT) for calculations of an electronic structure of molecules, solids and surfaces. I also summarized the fundamentals of DFT based Fireball code that was used for calculations of the atomic and electronic structures of several models. Fur- ther I described theory of scanning tunnelling microscopy (STM) and mentioned some approaches of simulating STM maps by means of results of DFT calcula- tions. The studied models were reconstructions of a Si (111) surface, namely the 7×7, 2×1 Pandey chain and reconstructions with periodicity √ 3 × √ 3, where finding proper atomic structure, fitting to a new experimental observations, was required. I compared energetic favourableness of the reconstructions. I also stud- ied an adsorption of benzene on 7×7. I have analysed the atomic and electronic structure of all the models and made STM simulations using STM code. I com- pared the results with experimental STM maps in literature and with results of the STM experiments made by RNDr. Pavel Kocán, Ph.D. (reconstruction v √ 3 × √ 3) and by Prof. Alastair McLean (benzene on 7×7). Probable model of observed metastable reconstruction √ 3 × √ 3 was found. The proof that benzene chamisorbate in so called di-σ-bridge position was also made. 1

Exercise of copyright by a person other than the author (of author's heirs)
Krejčí, Ondřej ; Císařová, Zuzana (advisor) ; Žikovská, Petra (referee)
Exercise of copyright by a person other than the author (of author's heirs) This thesis deals with the issue of the exercise of copyright by a person other than the author which is a part of the intellectual property rights. The aim of this thesis is not only to analyze applicable and effective legislation of the Czech Republic but also to compare the recent legislation with the previous one. The thesis is divided into eight chapters. The initial chapter explains the status of the copyright in the legal system, its importance and dynamics. Two following chapters provide with the necessary introduction into the terminology of the copyright and explain the specific division of the copyright into personal and property rights. Chapter Four contains the systematic division of the exercise of copyright by a person other than the author according to the particular categories. Chapter Five discusses the lawful exercise of copyright by a person other than the author according to the previous legislation. Chapter Six deals, on the other hand, with the lawful exercise of copyright by a person other than the author according to the recent legislation, in particular with the employee work. Chapter Seven is dedicated to non-contractual types of use of the copyright work, describes all statutory licenses which...
Irregular working hours members of the IZS and their impact on quality of life
KREJČÍ, Ondřej
This bachelor paper describes influence of irregular working time on human organism and psychic as well as on the quality of life as such. This work focuses on the members of the integrated rescue system. Such people are exposed to enormous mental as well as physical ballast during their shifts. Therefore, this thesis deals with basic, topic related terms such as ballast and stress, biorhythms, sleep, sleeping disorders and specifics of work of integrated rescue system members. This paper sets its goal in finding out if and how the irregular working time, especially in case of the night shifts, effects members of the integrated rescue system with regard to some of their life spheres and whether such disbalance affects quality of life. A questionnaire served as the key data collecting method.
