Personalities and approaches in czech economy - foundations for social economy
Králík, Tomáš ; Dohnalová, Marie (advisor) ; Šloufová, Romana (referee)
The abstract This work deals with the origins of Czech social economy. Its aim is to discover whether some of its characteristics are to be found in the theoretical works of Czech economists from the year 1848 to 1948. As there is no definition of social economy in the Czech environment, it was necessary to employ the foreign definition according to the International Research Network EMES.
SMV-2016-16: Emission and absorption of the thermal radiation of metallic materials for space crafts
Králík, Tomáš
The goal of the experimental study was verification of the radiative heat exchange by emission or absorption of the thermal radiation of materials for parts of a future meteorological satellite. The samples were coated by a protective metallic layer by a magnetron sputtering. It is supposed that this coating substantially decreases the emission of a thermal radiation in comparison with the bare alloy. Within the study were verified also the thermal radiative properties of samples made of bare sandblasted alloy, samples with the protective coating and samples treated by anodic oxidation. The thermal radiative properties were measured in high vacuum with sample temperatures in the range from 25 K to 320 K.
SMV-2016-17: Thermal radiative properties of solar coatings and spacers for multilayer insulations
Králík, Tomáš
The experimental study was about evaluation of thermal radiation of special coatings used against excessive warming by solar radiation. A part of this study was aimed on thermal properties of spacers for multilayer insulations where the heat is transferred by combination of the thermal conduction and radiation. All the measurements were done in the vacuum and in the temperature range from 10 K and 300 K at conditions simulating real environment of the usage of the materials.
Enhanced HTML Editor
Králík, Tomáš ; Bařina, David (referee) ; Řezníček, Ivo (advisor)
Subject of this bachelor's thesis was design of extended HTML editor. Reader is familiarized with HTML and JavaScript languages at first. Following is overview of existing WYSIWYG HTML editors and their comparison. The design of extended HTML editor requires a specification of disadvantages of existing editors. From these, the requirments for extended HTML editor were formed. The editor was designed and implemented using JavaScript and Dojo library. Two web applications were created for testing: blog and encyclopedia. The blog application was used for an user interface testing. Users tried out designed editor and editor TinyMCE during the testing. The results of the testing are summarized in conclusion together with proposal of a future work.
Contemporary Health and Safety at Work Problems and their Influence on the Functioning of an Organization
Králik, Tomáš ; Svěrák, Tomáš (referee) ; Novák, Jaromír (advisor)
This diploma thesis elaborated on the subject „Contemporary Health and Safety at Work Problems and their Influence on the Functioning of an Organization“ focuses on the description of contemporary state of Health and safety at work problems in work activities, where the source of risk is represented by chemical substances, from the point of view of a company. The thesis sets out a view of legislative definition for the mentioned topic and also the possible application of safety at work management programs. This part also includes a summary description of risk analysis methods. In the practical part of the thesis, there is an organizational directive for a fictive company engaged in chemical production made. This directive will identify possible occupational risks resulting from the manufacturing process, and it will also evaluate the amount of risk for particular work activities in conjunction with hazard factors. The next part of the thesis contains a proposal of measures for risk reduction, based upon the previously mentioned evaluation. In the final part of the thesis, the author contemplates the possibilities of health and safety at work system improvement.
Terrorism and its context
Králik, Tomáš ; Mika, Otakar Jiří (referee) ; Novák, Jaromír (advisor)
Thesis deals with terrorism and its context from the perspective of defining, historical evolution, potential causes and impacts of terrorism on security environment. The conclusion of thesis is focused on possible forms of terrorism and impacts on human society and possible means and collaboration in fight against terrorism.
SMV-2015-19: Influence of the compression on the thermal conductivity of the MLI spacers
Králík, Tomáš
The experimental study was aimed on characterisation of the thin insulation materials – spacers used in multilayer insulations (MLI). The MLI is composed of reflective foils interleaved by insulating spacers. The samples were made of various materials (glass fibre, polyester, silk). The measurement was done in unique apparatus developed at ISI Brno in the year 2014. The main goal of the study was to evaluate the influence of the compression by a precisely controlled load on the thermal conductivity in the range of temperatures 10 K and 300 K. The not yet available results of the study enable optimisation of the MLI with requested properties.
SMV-2015-18: Radiative heat losses in the temperature range from 30 K to 335 K of metallic coatings with various surface treatments including simulation of cleaning on the structural materials for satellites
Králík, Tomáš
Research and development in the field of heat transfer by thermal radiation. The object of the research was verification of heat loses by the thermal radiation from surfaces of materials used for construction of satellites. The samples of the material were coated with metallic film with substantially lower emission of the thermal radiation than of the structural material. This coating was created with variation of the parameters and a cleaning process was simulated on some samples. The emission of the of the thermal radiation was measured with temperature of the sample in the range from 30 to 335 K. The measurement procedure was adapted for some samples because of the lower limit 200 K due to possible delamination of the coating. The study has verified stability of the requested thermal radiative properties of the protective metallic layer with respect to the variation of its production and subsequent cleaning process.
SMV-2014-21: Thermal properties of MLI spacers
Králík, Tomáš
The goal of the project is to develop and build an apparatus enabling to measure the heat flow across a sample of the MLI spacer. This is thin woven or nonwoven textile. The requested parameter of the measurement is precisely controlled compression of the sample between contact surfaces with defined temperature in the range of 10 K – 300 K. The compression equals to the load 0.2 g-2 g and it has to be constant despite the thermal dilatations in the apparatus. An electromechanical loading system with load sensor in a feedback control placed in the warm part of the apparatus was developed for this apparatus. The force is mechanically transferred to the cryogenic part of the apparatus.
SMV-2014-06: Measurement of temperature dependence of the emissivity of samples with various types of surface finishing and coatings in the temperature range of 40 K – 300 K
Králík, Tomáš
Research and development in the field of heat transfer by thermal radiation. The object of the research was emission of the thermal radiation from metallic surfaces with various treatments in the temperature range from 40 K to 300 K. The influence of the surface quality and type of the material on the emissivity and absorptivity was evaluated.
